Heart of Florida United Way's 21st Annual Chef's

Gala, a food and wine pairing event, is 6:45 p.m. May 4 at Disney's Epcot World Showplace. Tickets are $275 per person and $500 per couple. That is pricey,

but consider it calories for a cause. More than 25 eateries are participating, including The Capital Grille,

Cask & Larder, Cress Restaurant, Eddie V's, Funky Monkey Wine Co., La Luce, Napa, Primo, Siro, Seasons 52 and 4 Rivers Smokehouse Sweet Shop.

Disney eateries include Artist Point, California Grill, Flying Fish Cafe, Hollywood Brown Derby, Kona

Andrea Quality Cheesecake & Café, 6020 Edgewater Drive in Orlando, is celebrating its 30th

anniversary. The bakery stocks more than 20 varieties of cheesecake, including low-carb treats. But
