Champions Engage for the Future: Meet the Panelists ELISHA KASINSKAS MODERATOR Marketing Director Rochester Software Associates, Inc. (RSA) Elisha Kasinskas is Rochester Software Associates’ (RSA) Marketing Director. She is responsible for all marketing, public relations and communications, and community building for the firm. Ms. Kasinskas joined RSA in 2010. She is a Marketing veteran with over 20 years of experience in sales, product management, and marketing in leading product and service business to business and business to consumer firms, including HSBC, Birds Eye Foods, Global Crossing, PAETEC Communications, and number of regional high tech firms. She holds a Rochester Institute of Technology MBA, and a BS in Marketing from Radford University. Kasinskas developed the in-plant panel concept for Graph Expo and has moderated the session four times since its inception in 2012.

Elisha Kasinskas is Rochester Software Associates’ (RSA) Marketing Director. She is

responsible for all marketing, public relations and communications, and community

building for the firm. Ms. Kasinskas joined RSA in 2010. She is a Marketing veteran

with over 20 years of experience in sales, product management, and marketing in

leading product and service business to business and business to consumer firms,

including HSBC, Birds Eye Foods, Global Crossing, PAETEC Communications, and

number of regional high tech firms. She holds a Rochester Institute of Technology

MBA, and a BS in Marketing from Radford University.

ANDREW YEE Director, Statement & Document Production Dynamic Funds, a part of The Bank of Nova Scotia (“Scotiabank”)

Andrew Yee is the Director, Statement & Document Production at Dynamic Funds which is a part of Scotiabank, Canada’s third largest bank with over 3,000 branches and 80,000 employees.  Andrew’s team consists of 10 outstanding staff members all exemplifying a “Customer First” attitude.  Andrew’s in-plant operation primarily supports Dynamic’s internal sales force from coast-to-cost with personal service and provides other services critical to the operation of the company.  The team has been recognized for the past six years as the industry leader for communication excellence in mutual fund statements.  Andrew has been with Dynamic Funds for over 10 years and prior to that worked with Royal Bank, Manulife, and CIBC.  He has over 20 years of experience in financial services from personal banking to corporate banking to insurance.  Yee holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing Major from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

Champions Engage for the Future: Meet the PanelistsMIKE LINCOLN Colorado State PrinterState of Colorado: Department of Personnel and Administration, Division of Central Services, Integrated Document Solutions group

As the Colorado State Printer Mr. Lincoln oversees the Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) team with responsibility for graphic design, printing, mail, delivery and dispatch operations for the State of Colorado. His extensive experience includes developing and deploying support infrastructures, developing production strategies, corporate communications, and senior

technical support services. With over 30 years of experience in printing and the printing industry, combined with over 20 years in the customer support and customer relations arena, Mike brings a new level of service and quality to IDS and the State of Colorado.

In previous positions Mr. Lincoln was a senior level technical support manager for Critical Path’s Internet Fax and Secure File Services divisions. In this role he worked with clients such as Ford Motor Company, Biogen, Ariba and FedEx as well as strategic telecom partners. His 30+ years in the printing world incorporate all facets of the industry including customer service, graphic design, typesetting, prepress, press operation, bindery, sales and marketing, and management.

Mike serves on the advisory boards of several peer organizations and currently serves as IPMA’s President-Elect. He has also served as the President of the National Government Publishing Association (NGPA) and other board positions.

Karen Meyers is the Business Manager for the Michigan Farm Bureau Centralized Print and Mailing Services Department. Karen has been with the department for over 8 years and has a background in Graphic Design and Marketing with a degree in Industrial Supervision and Management. Karen oversees day to day operations for the in-plant as well as all business management decisions. The in-plant operation serves the Farm Bureau Family of Companies as well as outside sources. Karen joined the In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association in 2011 and is also an active member in the Avanti Users Group.

John A. Sarantakos is the Director for Printing, Mailing and Document Services at the University of Oklahoma. OU Printing Services is the largest university in-plant printer in the country with over 85 full time staff members and a budget in excess of $16 million. The staff at Printing and Mailing has been presented with over 200 awards for printing quality and innovative ideas. John has been with the university for 18 years, and prior to that served as Director of Production at Indiana University. Sarantakos has over 45 years of experience in the printing field as a manager, educator and craftsperson.

Sarantakos is the Past President of the In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association and has served on the Board of Directors for the past seven years. He has written frequently for In-Plant Graphics magazine and speaks regularly on industry related topics.
