Newark Downtown Redevelopment is the mayor’s offi ce initiative to revitalize the run down and crime ridden urban core. Several downtown blocks will be redeveloped into commercial, residential, educational, and cultural facilities. This particular site is a commercial and residential mix-used project. A 4-story historic landmark building will also be remodeled to anchored the corner.

An competition project completed in one-week time for a luxury housing development in the suburb of Seoul, Korea. As one of the 3 designers of this project, I was assigned to design tower type I, we work together under the supervision of the project principal.
