    Change of any kind drains adapting energy,increase probability of injury, illness andaccidentsT he challenge is not stress, is strain

    Stress refers to an agent which acts upon aresistant body attempting to deform it.Strain indicates the changes that are induced inthe affected body.

    How do you cope effectively with your challengesand inspire others to cope well with theirs?T he ability to handle a situation that would havestressed out most people is typical of lifes bestsurvivor.

    We have contradictory emotions because of sympathetic and Para sympathetic nervoussystem working in controlled oppositionSympathetic enables us to have a fight or

    flight reaction to situations.Para sympathetic enables us to respond withrelaxed,peaceful contentmentT herefore we can run towards something in

    joy and or away in fear.We have choice over responding in both oneway and the other Survivors are not one way or the other, theyare both one way and the other
