While the foundation is being installed, trucks are loaded in Ottawa with prefabricated components to achieve Just-In- Time delivery to site. Supplied prefabricated foundation system, insulated wall panels, pre-cut floors and roofs, exterior windows and doors, prefabricated window surrounds, exterior finishes (wall and roof shingles and trims).

This home was featured in the UK SelfBuild Magazine as an example of leading edge green construction. It was the first DGS Super E house from DAC. Supplied insulated wall panels, pre-cut floors and roof, prefabricated glue laminated beams and columns, pre-finished and pre-fabricated porch and overhang rafters and beams, Pre-finished exterior wood siding and trim package, prefabricated hardwood stair, exterior windows and doors, interior doors, installation of ventilation system and Super E certification.
