besides organizing conferences, seminars and trainings Forum 50 % also takes action
mainly organizaton of pre-election campaigns supporting women
besides pre-election campaigns – support of related causes ("race" for equality of women and men, counteraction to demonstration against antidiscrimination law, protesting against appoining ultraconservative officials etc.)

Results of the Campaign
• massive support for women candidates
• 14 women MPs elected by preferential votes
• representation of women increased from 18 % to 22 %
• 44 women MPs in total
BUT
There is only 1 woman the government (not a minister); she was appointed one year after the government was assebled.
Protest against Men-Only Government
• before the local and Senate elections (October 2010)

• "Chicken tour" around the whole country
• 14 towns visited

Results of the Campaign
• number of elected women increased from 24,9 % to 26,3 %
• in statutory cities the number increased from 19,5 % to 22,8 %
BUT
There are only 2 female mayors in 24 statutory cities (one replaced male mayor appointed immediately after elections).
