GROW YOUR MINDGROW YOUR MIND

WHAT WAS YOUR HAPPY MOMENT TODAY?WHAT WAS YOUR HAPPY MOMENT TODAY?

When we practise talking about our 'happy moment', we startlooking for it during the day.

This may help us to feel more optimistic.

Did you know that optimism has been proven to improve theimmune system?

Our immune system protects our bodies from diseases andgerms. All day long, our immune system works hard to keepout harmful germs and attacks and destroys any which manageto get inside the body.

Practise optimism and give your immune system even bettersuper powers.
