Site design included the perimeter planting scheme for the museum and parking lot as well as the courtyard. As an extension of the original project, SWA also designed the landscape perimeter of a one-block, two-level parking structure. Amenities include play areas for toddlers and older children defined by a topiary humpy hedge and meandering path. Fruit orchards, a “farming” area, and a pine and cypress tree grove provide an educational and meaningful environment in which the children play and explore.

SWA Group provided landscape architectural services

for this Children’s Museum. Site design included the
