Grown and pressed on our own estate in the Colchagua Valley in Chile, a region

known for its mediterranean climate, our 3700 acres are the ideal place to grow

olives. Then, through a process of super intensive organic cultivation we capture

our olives at their maximum freshness and cold press them without the addition

of water to achieve premium quality and preserve our fresh full clean taste.

Maybe that’s why these extra virgin olive oils have won more than 15 international

awards in the last three years. That, and they’ve had a good upbringing.
