This is with reference to the letter (copy enclosed) from the Superintending Engineer, Provincial Building Circle Rawalpindi to the Superintending Engineer, Provincial Highway Circle Rawalpindi.

The following matters need your immediate attention:

1. The culvert under the RMK road and near the exit road of the project area is choked and inhibits the water flow.

2. The lining of the approach channel(s) of the culvert need to be carried out for efficient drainage of the water.

3. The water influx in to the culvert needs to be calculated in order to verify the size of the culvert and propose any size modifications if deemed necessary.

4. The inlet of the culvert at the confluence of the exit road and the RMK road needs to be rehabilitated.

Both these culverts were shown to you by our site staff dated August 07, 2015.
