INGREDIENTS
Chana - 50 gms
Onion - 75 gms
Coriander leaves - bunch
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Tomatoes - 75 gms
Chana masala powder - 3 tsps
Oil - 100 ml
Salt - to taste
Black Salt - 1 pinch
Cumin - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsps
Turmeric - 1 pinch

overcooked.
Grind a Tomato, Onion, Few Coriander leaves, Cumin seeds.
Heat 2 spoons of Oil and add a cup of Chopped Onions and the ground
mixtures.
Add Salt and Black salt to taste; Red Chilli powder and the steamed
Channa and fry until everything mixes well.
Add a Garam Masala, Chana masala powder and a bunch of fresh
Coriander leaves.
Place a piece of lime with it while serving.

Maida - 250 gms
Curd - 50 gms
Oil - to deep fry
Salt - to taste

Mix Maida with curd and make into smooth dough.
Cover and leave it for 2 hours, make this into smooth round even sized
balls.

Deep fry this in oil till the poori pops fully and then remove it from the
frying pan.
