Developing Programs

• A Software Controlled Intravenous Pump Startup – Tooling • Controlling of files (VERY IMPORTANT)

– Quoting• Receiving estimates from the Application Development

Center• Using these estimates to creating a pricing file with

multiple scenarios for differing annual volumes and tooling cavitations.

• An innovative sterilization startup – Differences between design and reality • Redlining prints

– Consulting with manufacturing and creating prints which will actually be able to be manufactured

• Underdeveloped 3D models– Consulting with manufacturing to determine if we could quote

given a customer supplied 3D assembly model.

Launch/Recent Production Programs

• Major multinational food safety company– Mold Tracking and Sampling– Sending samples to Customer• Coordination of secondary operations• Not losing samples

• Leading Razor Manufacturer– Pricing File• Had to modify the functionality of pricing file to

account for differences in volumes between molded parts and assemblies

created and controlled to accomplish customer requirements.
