CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURSManchester235 Casino is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (closed Christmas Day).

Manchester235 Casino closes at 12 midnight on 24 December and re-opens at 12 midday on 26 December.

James Martin Manchester is open 7 days a week (closed Christmas Day). Monday to Thursday: 1pm – 4pm (lunch), 5pm to 10pm (dinner). Friday and Saturday: 5pm to 11pm. Sunday: 12pm to 5pm.

CHALLENGE21 POLICYJames Martin Manchester and Manchester235 are strictly over 18s venues. Anyone under 18 years of age

will not be permitted entry.

We operate a Challenge21 policy. Anyone who looks under the age of 21 will be asked to produce a valid, up-to-date form of photographic identification (passport or driving license) in order to prove their age. Failure to do so will result in entry being refused. Anyone under 21 years of age will be asked to sign up for Total Rewards. It is the responsibility of

the party booker to ensure that everyone in the group is aware of this policy.

DRESS CODEWe operate a smart-casual dress policy. We do not allow entry in football tops or tracksuits.

ENTRY POLICYEntry is at the discretion of the management. Any guests acting in an inappropriate way or who are overly intoxicated

will not be permitted entry and any deposits will be lost. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

CANCELLATION POLICYWe would like to inform customers that payments are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of decrease in

numbers or cancellation of the booking.

MEMBERSHIP AND TOTAL REWARDSEntry to Manchester235 is free and membership is not required to enter the casino. We run a Total Rewards programme, which rewards you for your play and on spend in the bar and restaurant. The programme is free to join, and entitles you to various offers and discounts including 10% off food and beverage spend at the bars. Any guests wishing to sign up

will require a valid passport or driving license photo card and can sign up at reception.
