6. CITY'S PROCESS REGARDING PET IDENTIFICATION (File No. CK. 151-1)

At the meeting of the Committee held January 22, 2015, it was resolved that the Administration further investigate opportunities for pet owners to direct the ultimate disposal of identifiable pets.

7. ANNUAL BYLAW REVIEW- BYLAW NO. 7860 THE ANIMAL CONTROL BYLAW, 1999 AND BYLAW NO. 8176- THE DANGEROUS ANIMALS BYLAW, 2003 (File No. CK. 151-1)

At the meeting of the Committee held January 22, 2015, it was resolved that the Administration provide an update on the status of animal control enforcement at Junor Avenue Park and Chief Whitecap Park.

Recommendation That the information be received.

8. BITE PREVENTION CAMPAIGN (File No. CK. 151-7)

At the meeting of the Committee held January 22, 2015, the sub-committee indicated that they would provide an update on the campaign. In addition , a PowerPoint presentation reporting the annual bites statistics for 2014 will be presented.
