Transmitted for acceptance by the County Manager is the plat for Skyview Heights West Infill Subdivision PLD2009-00039 / FLD201 7-00060

Project review: The application vested on April 10, 2009. A pre-application conference was held August 14, 2008. Preliminary approval was issued on December 29, 2009. Final engineering approval was granted February 2, 2015.

Zoning: Rl-7.5; Lot Size: The Rl-7.5 zone has a minimum lot area requirement of7,500 square feet and a maximum average lot area of 10,500 square feet. Actual Lot Size: Parcels range in size from 6,111 square feet to 8,333 square feet.

Some parcels are below the standard minimum lot size of the zone because the applicant utilized infill provisions of the code in effect at that time which allowed smaller lots as an incentive to encourage development of by-passed urban parcels.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH The proposed land division went through the standard land use review and approval process.
