    Classroom management is a term used by

    teachers to describe the process of

    ensuring that classroom lesson run

    Motivation is a desire to achieve goal, combined with the

    energy to work towards that goal.

    Motivation is the driving force which help causes us to achieve

    goals (Wikipedia). According to Drnyei (1998:117), motivation has been widely

    accepted by both teachers and researchers as one of the key

    factors that influence the rate and success of second/foreign

    language (L2) learning.

    professional. Teacher can give full attention to the pupils before, during

    Lesson planning provides accountability by providing arecord of work which can be shown to school authorities,inspectors and parents, or used by another teacher who mayhave to subtitute for the class.
