The Learning and Development team works with colleagues across Cats Protection to ensure our people have the support they need to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours they need to carry out their roles in the charity. Face to face training offers a dedicated time and place to learn with others; whilst online allows you to learn in your own time and space.
