Description: This clinical teaching plan will serve as a guide for the faculty/ clinical instructors and students in developing the core competencies required in Obstetrical Ward

Area of Exposure : Obstetrical WardDuration : 48 HoursEntry Competencies :Knowledge in Fundamentals in Midwifery (MID 102), Human Anatomy and Physiology and Liberal Arts subject.

Skills in doing the nursing process especially (Procedures to be performed in MID 102)Proper attitude of prudence, patience, accuracy and gentleness in performing basic nursing procedures.
