.75 ounces fresh lime juice

1 ounce ginger and carrot puree

1.5 ounces Hanson Ginger Vodka

Ginger beer

our popular Clockwork Orange cocktail so you can

enjoy it at home.

DIRECTIONS

Muddle thyme in a mortar and pestle. Transfer to a cocktail

shaker with ice, lime juice, ginger and carrot puree, and ginger

vodka. Shake well and strain over ice into a collins glass. Top off

with ginger beer.
