CloudO�ce also assures their customers the best security features to keep their information safe, such as Tier 3, Class 1 data centers. O�ce 365 only o�ers an option to make your information private, at an additional cost. Without paying the additional cost this means your information is potentially at risk of being compromised.
SMBs have dealt with problems such as rate limits for emails without being consulted prior to installing O�ce 365. Customers that deal with these issues are apparently not given the information they need in order to work O�ce 365 properly. Aside from not receiving the necessary information, dealing with their tech support line is a nightmare.
