The Troll Collectors Clubwas started in 1997, whichmeans that this year we cancelebrate a modest 5th anni-versary. Many members havebeen with us from the verybeginning and can enjoyhaving all the club editions.We highly recommend thatthey read information onpage 14.
The wooden stand that every clubtroll has been equipped with so farwas a subject for many discussions.Taking this into consideration we
decided to find another solution.You can see the result on(or: under) your club troll. Wethink that the new base still makesthe troll stand out from thecollection like the previouseditions. We would like to equipthe future club trolls with a similarstand so we would be grateful forany comments.
We have the pleasure to present2 new models for 2001 (see thebottom of the page). At the sametime 20 elder trolls will go out ofcollection (see next page).

5° anniversario (1997 – 20001) Il Club dei collezionisti di Troll vennefondato nel 1997, ciò significa che quest’anno celebriamo il primo lustrodi vita. Molti dei soci ci accompagnano dall’inizio della nostra storia edhanno quindi tutte le edizioni del club. A loro raccomandiamo di leggerele informazioni a pagina 14. Il supporto in legno che finora ha corredatoogni Troll Club è stato oggetto di lunghe discussioni. Prendendo atto diquesto, abbiamo deciso di trovare un’altra soluzione. Il risultato lo potetevedere sul (o: sotto) il Troll Club. A nostro avviso, anche la nuova baseconsente al troll di distinguersi dal resto della collezione, come quellodelle precedenti edizioni. Vorremmo dotare i futuri Troll Club di un sup-porto simile, perciò sono graditi i vostri commenti in proposito. Siamolieti di presentare 2 nuovi modelli per il 2001 (vedere a fondo pagina).Contemporaneamente, 20 troll vecchi vanno fuori produzione (vedere lapagina successiva).

Fünfjähriges Bestehen (1997 - 2001) Der Trollsammler-Club wurde1997 gegründet, und das heißt, dass wir in diesem Jahr unser bescheidenesfünfjähriges Bestehen feiern dürfen. Viele Mitglieder sind vom ganzenAnfang an mit dabei gewesen, und die können sich darüber freuen, dasssie im Besitz sämtlicher erschiener Club-Magazine sind. Es ist für dieseMitglieder sehr zu empfehlen, dass sie sich mit den Informationen auf derSeite 14 auseinandersetzen. Der hölzerne Sockel, worauf jeder Club-Trollbis jetzt gestanden hat, hat zu manch einer Diskussion angeregt. Mit die-sen Tatsachen vor Augen haben wir uns dafür entschieden, eine neueLösung zu suchen, und das Resultat sehen sie anhand Ihres Club-Trolls.Wir sind der Auffassung, dass die Trolle in der Sammlung durch denneuen Sockel nach wie vor herausgehoben werden, wie die früherenAusgaben. Wir möchten die künftigen Club-Trolle mit einem ähnlichenSockel versehen, und so würden wir für einen jeden Kommentar diesbezü-glich dankbar sein. Es ist uns eine Freude, 2 neue Modelle für das Jahr2001 vorzustellen (s.unten auf der Seite). Gleichzeitig werden 20 ältereTrolle aus der Sammlungausscheiden (s. nächste Seite).
Neugeborene Trolle 2001 Wie im vorigen Magazin versprochen hat sichdie Trollfamilie weiterhin vermehrt. Zusätzlich zu den 5 neuenMitgliedern, die im vergangenen Herbst geboren wurden, können wirjetzt 2 neue Familienmitglieder vorstellen. Eines dieserFamilienmitglieder hat, wie wir es sehen, eine Sonderaufgabe. Mehr darü-ber auf der Seite 14.

Le 5ième anniversaire (1997 – 2001) Étant donné que Le Club desCollectionneurs de Trolls fut créé en 1997, nous pouvons cette annéecélébrer modestement notre 5ième anniversaire. Un bon nombre demembres, qui ont fait partie de notre club dès sa création, ont aujourd’huitoute la collection de trolls du club. Nous vous conseillons fortement delire l’information page 14. Un bon nombre de débats ont eu lieu au sujetdu socle en bois sur lequel tous les trolls du club sont posés. À cause decela, nous avons décidé de chercher une autre solution, et vous trouverezle résultat sur (ou plutôt en dessous de) le nouveau troll du club. Tous lestroll sont uniques, nous trouvons que ce nouveau socle renforce cette dis-tinction par rapport aux éditions précédentes. Nous souhaitons équiperles trolls du club du futur d’une base du même genre, et nous recevonsavec plaisir vos commentaires. Nous avons le plaisir de vous présenterdeux nouveaux modèles de l’an 2001 (voir en bas de la page). 20 ancienstrolls sont en même temps retirés de la collection (voir page suivante).

Nel 2001, come ogni anno, alcuni troll verranno ritiratidalla produzione. Alcuni sembravano un po’ tristi perquesta cosa. Abbiamo cercato di consolarli e pensiamodi esserci riusciti. Come potete vedere nelle figure quisotto, i troll appaiono contenti come sempre. Sietecuriosi di sapere con quale argomento siamo riusciti aconsolarli? Li abbiamo convinti che guadagneranno unvalore unico per i collezionisti. Im Jahre 2001 werden, wie in jedem Jahr, einige Trollein den Ruhestand treten. Einige, die in den Ruhestandversetzt werden sollten, nahmen die Nachricht etwaswehmütig auf. Wir versuchten sie zu trösten, und wirglauben, dass uns das Trösten gelungen ist. Wie sich ausdem Untenstehenden schließen lässt, sehen die Trollegenau so glücklich aus wie zuvor. Und jetzt fragen Siesicherlich, mit welchen Argumenten es uns gelungenist, sie zu beruhigen? Wir haben sie davon überzeugt,dass sie einen einzigartigen Sammlerwert bekommenwerden. Nous les avons convaincus qu’ils obtien-dront maintenant une grande valeur pour les collecti-onneurs. Retired trolls
In 2001, as every year, some trolls will retire. Some of them seemed to be alittle bit wistful about it. We tried to comfort them and, we think, we succee-ded. As you can see on pictures below the trolls look happy as usual. Are youcurious what argument made them feel better? We convinced them that nowthey will gain a very unique collectors value. They will be among those trollsthat have special place on our Internet site and they will be in particularlygreat demand among all troll collectors. Paul ed Elena Pasquale
Quando Elena e Paul si sono incontrati, l’interesse per i troll costi-tuiva un punto in comune. Dopo il loro matrimonio, la collezionedi troll è salita a 17 elementi. Elena e Paul attendono sempre conimpazienza le festività natalizie, Capodanno e Santa Lucia nellasperanza di ricevere nuovi troll. Salutano tutti gli amanti dei troll.

Walter de Berardinis
Walter de Berardinis, che abbiamo presentato ai lettori nel numero7 della nostra rivista, ci ha fatto pervenire moltissimo materiale.Partecipando ad una puntata della nota trasmissione televisivapomeridiana domenicale “Buona Domenica”, egli ha presentato lasua collezione di troll, descrivendone le caratteristiche. Nel luglio2000 ha organizzato una mostra sulle cose soprannaturali intitolata“Mostra sul fantastico” nel suo paese di origine, Giulianova Alta.Il suo scopo era quello di promuovere la presenza dei troll in quellazona. Per il 2001 Walter vorrebbe esibire il troll più grande delmondo nel paese di Giulianova. Walter ama leggere la letteraturarelativa ai troll e, in qualunque modo l’autore li presenti, egli liconsidera sempre dei buoni elementi. Una delle sue tesi preferite èche i troll, contrariamente agli uomini, mantengono inalterata lanatura come loro unico habitat.

Trollsammler Nr. 909 aus ItalienWalter de BerardinisWalter de Berardinis, den wir im Magazin Nr. 7 unseren Lesernvorgestellt haben, hat uns eine Menge Material zugeschickt. Erbeteiligte sich an der sehr bekannten Fernsehshow "BuonaDomenica" am Sonntag Nachmittag, wo er seine Sammlung vor-führte und dabei über Trolle berichtete. Im Juli 2000veranstaltete er in seiner Heimatstadt Giulianova Alta eineAusstellung übernatürlicher Dinge, "Mostra sul fantastico". DieZielsetzung war, die Trolle gerade in dieser Region zu fördern. Fürdas Jahr 2001 plant Walter, den größten Troll der Welt inGiulianova auszustellen. Lektüre über Trolle ist dieLieblingsbeschäftigung Walters, und unabhängig davon, wie dieTrolle vom jeweiligen Verfasser dargestellt werden, so betrachtet ersie immer als gute Kumpels. Eines seiner besten Argumente ist,dass die Trolle, im Gegensatz zu den Menschen, die Natur alsihren einzigen Wohnort bewahren wollen.Bild: Walter sitzt im Trollfass bequem.

Collectionneur de trolls nº 909 (Italie)Walter de BerardinisWalter de Berardinis, qui fut présenté aux lecteurs dans le magazi-ne nº 7, nous a envoyé beaucoup de nouvelles informations. Il aparticipé à « Buon Domanial », une émition télévisée connue dif-fusée les dimanches après-midi. Là, il a montré sa collection etparlé des trolls. Au mois de juillet l’an 2000 il a organisé une expo-sition surnaturelle « Mostra sul fantastico » dans sa villeGiulianova Alto. Le but était de faire de la publicité pour les trollsdans cette région. Walter envisage en 2001 d’exposer le troll leplus grand du monde en Giulianova. Walter aime lire toutes litté-ratures concernant les trolls, et considère les trolls comme de gen-tils gamins même si certains auteurs les décris autrement. Collezionista di troll n° 2042 dal BelgioMartine van den Spiegel ricevette 5 anni fa il suo primo trolldai genitori, di ritorno da un viaggio in Norvegia. A Martinepiacque molto il troll, ma è solo da poco che i troll Ny Formsono disponibili anche in Belgio e in Olanda. Trollsammler Nr. 1011 aus ItalienCristina Linetti aus dem italienischen Sozzago musste dreiBilder zusammenkleben um ihre Trollschau vorführen zu kön-nen. Wie Sie sehen, hat Cristina sämtliche 4 Club-Trolle undsomit auch die Möglichkeit bekommen, in unserem"Jubiläumswettbewerb" den Preis zu gewinnen (mehr darüberauf der Seite 14).

Über 15 Jahre hat sie jetzt Trolle gesammelt. Vom Sohnbekam sie eine Vitrine zur Ausstellung der Sammlung. SowohlJoyce wie ihre Trolle sind sehr stolz darauf. Weihnachten ver-gangenen Jahres brachten Joyce 3 neue Trolle. Collectionneuse de trolls nº 116 (USA)Joyce P. McCartney, Missouri USA, a 16 trolls. Chacun d’entreeux lui évoque des souvenirs particuliers. Elle fait la collectiondes trolls depuis 15 ans, et son fils lui a offert une vitrine pourles exposer. Joyce et les trolls sont tous très fiers de cette vitri-ne. Le Noël dernier, Joyce a eu 3 nouveaux trolls, et nous espé-rons qu’elle aura des trolls à Noël cette année aussi.La légende : La vitrine donne à la collection de 16 trolls unetrès bonne atmosphère.

From herson she got a china cabinet for thecollection display. Both Joyce andher trolls are very proud of it.Last Christmas brought Joyce3 new trolls. Martine van den Spiegelgot her first troll from her parentswho made a trip to Norway 5 yearsago. She liked the troll very muchbut it was only recently it occurredto Martine that Ny Form trolls arealso available in Belgium andHolland. Right now hercollection consists of 12 trolls.

È stato fattodal suo vicino di casa, un taglialegna in pensione.L’espositore è decorato con pietre e muschio, cosa chefa sentire i troll a casa propria. Kerstin si descrive comeun’appassionata collezionista di troll.
Collezionista di troll n° 1175 dall’ItaliaRobertino Daglio ha conosciuto per la prima volta itroll nel 1998, in un negozietto del centro storico diGenova. Fu attratto dall’aspetto del troll n° 240 e daallora la sua collezione è passata a 36 pezzi. Robertinoha collocato i troll in un vecchio armadietto, da luidenominato “La casa dei Troll”.
Collezionista di troll n° 1964 dall’ItaliaMassimiliano Torchi di Bologna adotta troll da sei anni.Li tratta in modo molto speciale: parla con loro e chie-de loro consigli. Vorrebbe visitare la terra dei troll, laNorvegia, dove spera di trovare i troll che mancano allasua collezione.

Oltre alla foto, Miryan e Theo vorreb-bero condividere con tutti i fan dei troll la loro speciale “trollosofia”.Ecco alcuni stralci della loro lettera: «Tutto ebbe inizio nel 1994quando visitammo la Norvegia. Alcuni troll si nascosero nelle nostrevalige. Li scoprimmo solo al ritorno a casa, quando non potevamopiù mandarli indietro. L’anno seguente dei nostri amici si recarono inNorvegia e li avvertimmo circa i troll Ny Form. Tuttavia non riusci-rono ad evitare che altri due troll li seguissero. E adottammo ancheloro. Voici quelques extraits de leur lettre : « Toutcommanca en 1994 lors de notre visite en Norvège. Quelques trollsse sont cachés dans nos bagages. Nous ne les avons découvertsqu’après notre rentrée, et nous n’avons pas pu les renvoyer. L’annéesuivante, quelques bons amis sont allés en Norvège, et nous les avonsmis en garde contre les trolls « Ny Form ». Mais tout de même, ilsn’ont pas pu les échapper, et deux nouveaux trolls sont rentrés aveceux. Nous les avons adoptés. À ce moment là, il y avait cinq de cescréatures en circulation dans la maison, et le pire, c’est qu’ils vou-laient plus d’amis. A few trolls hid inour bags. We only discovered themwhen we were back home, andcould not send them back. The yearafter good friends went to Norwayand we explicitly warned them forthe Ny Form trolls. But still theycould not avoid that two moretrolls came with them. We adoptedthem. Now there were 5 of thesestrange figures running through thehouse, and worst: they were askingfor more friends. As good parentsdo we started searching and foundtrolls hiding in a farm, and wecould keep our trolls quiet withsome more brothers and sisters.Nowadays there are 98 of thesecreatures in our house. If people
ask us why we collect trolls, wesay we don’t. They just come toour place and take possession ofthe house.»

2° vincitore del concorso, dalla GermaniaWilfried Flathmann, socio n° 1546Wilfried ci ha inviato una storia che racconta il suo primo incontro con itroll. Data la mancanza di spazio, possiamo presentarvi solo qualche stral-cio della sua storia affascinante. Tutto ebbe inizio in una bella serad’estate, mentre Wilfried passeggiava con il suo cane Bush in una foresta.Improvvisamente udì molte voci sommesse che sussurravano, cantavano eridevano e vide del fumo innalzarsi dietro un cespuglio. Si avvicinò eimprovvisamente si trovò di fronte ad un gruppo di centinaia di piccolitroll. Alcuni di essi stavano suonando una musica buffa. C’erano vecchitroll con lunghe barbe e capelli grigi, donne, bambini e cani troll che cor-revano attorno al fuoco. Sul fuoco stavano cuocendo qualcosa che somi-gliava ad una piccola rana. Wilfried desiderava moltissimo scattare unafoto della festa, ma temeva che il flash avrebbe spaventato e fatto scap-pare i troll. Rimase fermo per alcuni minuti trattenendo il respiro, per nonfarsi sentire dai troll. Improvvisamente lo raggiunse il suo cane che, allavista delle strane creature iniziò ad abbaiare. Wilfried non vide dove sinascosero, ma nel giro di pochi secondi tutti i troll erano scomparsi, e cosìpure il fuoco e la rana. A Wilfried dispiace che il suo cane non possa par-lare, per poter anche lui raccontare la storia. Da allora Wilfried iniziò acollezionare troll ed ora ne ha 86. A suo dire, non si tratta solo di pupazziesposti su scaffali a raccogliere polvere. Ogni notte, mentre Wilfrieddorme, pare che si sveglino e girino per la casa, dato che al mattinoWilfried li trova in un posto diverso da dove li aveva messi la sera prima.

I loro troll vivono in 2 grottecostruite in salotto. Ora, dato che la famiglia dei troll sta crescendo rapi-damente, le grotte sono diventate troppo piccole. Wegen Platzmangels können wir leider nur Auszüge aus die-ser reizenden Geschichte veröffentlichen. Es fing alles an einem schönenSommerabend an als Wilfried mit seinem Hund Bush in einem Wald spa-zieren ging. Plötzlich vernahm er eine Menge leise Stimmen die flüster-ten, sangen und lachten, und hinter einem Gebüsch stieg Rauch empor.Es gelang ihm näher zu kommen, und plötzlich fand er sich hundertenvon kleinen Trollen gegenübergestellt. Einige von ihnen spielten lustigeMusik. Alte Trolle mit langen Bärten und grauen Haaren waren da, wieauch Frauen, Kinder und Trollhunde, die um die Feuerstelle herumliefen.Auf dem Feuer wurde etwas gegrillt, was nach einem kleinen Frosch aus-sah. Wilfried hegte sehr stark den Wunsch, eine Photoaufnahme vonihnen zu machen, aber er scheute davor zurück, den Blitz auszulösen,denn der würde wohl die Trolle wegscheuchen. Er stand einige Minutenda und hielt den Atem an, so dass ihn die Trolle nicht hören konnten.Plötzlich kam sein Hund zur Stelle, entdeckte die kleinen, merkwürdigenKumpels und fing zu bellen an. Wilfried erkannte nicht, wo sie sich ver-steckten, aber nach wenigen Sekunden waren alle verschwunden, wieauch die Feuerstelle und der Frosch. Wilfried findet es schade, dass derHund nicht reden kann, denn dann hätte er Ihnen die gleicheGeschichte erzählen können. Seit dem Tag fing Wilfried an, Trolle zusammeln, und jetzt besitzt er 86 davon. Er sagt, dass sie etwas viel mehrals auf dem Regal stehende, Staub ansammelnde Puppen sind. Jede Nachtwenn sich Wilfried im tiefen Schlaf befindet, erwachen sie anscheinendund bewegen sich in der Wohnung herum, denn am nächsten Morgenfindet er sie immer an einer anderen Stelle als am Abend zuvor.
Wettbewerbsgewinner Nr.3 aus Holland- Joop und Jacqueline, Mitglied Nr.1197Joop und Jacqueline sind 29 bzw. 30 Jahre alt und leben in Malden. Siebesitzen 38 Trolle und sämtliche Clubausgaben. Ihre Trolle leben in 2Höhlen in dem Wohnzimmer. Da die Trollfamilie nun schnell heran-wächst, fangen die Höhlen an, zu eng zu werden. Darum planen Joop undJacqueline den Bau einer neuen Trollhöhle im Schlafzimmer, und siesuchen dafür im Moment gute Ideen.

Tout d’un coup il a entendu beaucoup de basses voix, chu-chotants, chantants et rigolants, et il a vu de la fumée monter derrière unbuisson. Il réussit à se rapprocher, et soudainement il se trouva devant descentaines des petits trolls. Quelques-uns jouaient de la musique joyeuse. Ily avait des vieux trolls aux barbes longues et aux cheveux gris, des trollsfemelles, des trolls enfants et des trolls chiens qui couraient autour du feu.Sur le feu, ils grillaient quelque chose qui avait l’air d’être une petite gre-nouille. Wilfried avait bien envie de prendre une photo de cette fête, maisil avait peur que le flash les fasse partir de peur. Il resta là pendant quel-ques minutes, retenant son souffle pour que les trolls ne l’entendent pas.Tout d’un coup son chien vint. Il avait vu ces petits gamins étranges, et ilcommenca à aboyer. Wilfried n’avait pas vu où ils se cachèrent, mais ilsdisparurent tous en quelques secondes, le feu et la grenouille aussi.Wilfried regretta que son chien ne sait pas parler. Dans ce cas là, le chienaurait pu vous raconter la même histoire. Dès ce jour-là Wilfried comme-nça à collectionner des trolls, et maintenant il en a 86. Selon lui les trollsne sont pas uniquement des poupées se trouvant sur les étagères commecollecteurs de poussière. Toutes les nuits, au moment où Wilfried dort pro-fondément, les trolls se réveillent, ils se déplacent dans l’appartement, etles matins Wilfried les trouvent dans un autre endroit que la veille au soir.
Le nº 3 du concours (Hollande). -Joop et Jacqueline, membres nº 1197Joop et Jacqueline ont 29 et 30 ans, et habitent Malden. Ils possèdent 38trolls, et toutes les éditions du club sont parmi eux. Leurs trolls habitent 2cavernes dans la salle à manger, mais comme la famille de trolls se multi-plie très vite, les cavernes seront bientôt trop petites. Joop et Jacquelineenvisagent donc de construire une autre caverne de trolls dans une cham-bre à coucher. Ils cherchent des idées.

Becauseof lack of space we are able topresent only fragments of thischarming history.It all started on a nice summer eve-ning when Wilfried was walkingwith his dog, Bush in a forest.Suddenly he heard lots of quiet voi-ces whispering, singing and laug-hing and saw smoke coming upfrom behind a bush.He managed to come closer andsuddenly he found himself in frontof a group of hundreds of littletrolls. Some of them were playingfunny music. There were old trollswith long bears and grey hair,women, children and troll dogsrunning around the fireplace. Ontop of the fire they were grilling
something that looked like a littlefrog. Wilfried wished very much totake a picture of the party but hewas afraid to release the flash,which would scare the trolls away.He stood there a few minutesholding his breath so as the trollscould not hear him.Suddenly his dog came, saw thelittle strange fellows and began tobark. Wilfried did not notice wherethey hid but in seconds all of themdisappeared, also the fireplace andthe frog. Wilfried regrets that hisdog cannot talk. He could tell youthe same story then.Since that day Wilfried began tocollect trolls and now he has 86 ofthem. He says, that they are notjust puppets standing on the shel-ves and collecting dust. Abbiamo la prova …Alla fine abbiamo trovato la prova che anche coloro chetrattano con i troll per motivi commerciali diventanosempre più somiglianti a queste creaturine. Di recente,quando il nostro distributore messicano Paco è venuto a
trovarci presso i nostri uffici, la sua somiglianza con il trolln° 122 ha colpito tutti noi. Non solo l’aspetto esteriore èmolto simile, ma Paco ed il troll 122 sono entrambi provettisciatori. Purtroppo non c’è ancora neve dalle nostre parti,per cui non è stato possibile scattare una foto dei due men-tre sciano. Wir haben den Beweis gefunden...Zum Schluss fanden wir dann den Beweis, dass auch Leute,die mit Trollen auf geschäftsmäßiger Basis zu tun haben, die-sen kleinen Geschöpfen immer ähnlicher werden. Neulich,als unser mexikanischer Vertriebspartner Paco uns im Bürobesuchte, wurde uns allen klar, dass er eine unverkennbareÄhnlichkeit mit dem Troll Nr.122 aufweist. Nicht nur vonder äußeren Erschienung her weist er deutliche Ähnlichkeitenauf, sondern auch vom Umstand her, dass sowohl Paco wieder Troll Nr. 122 sehr geschickte Skiläufer sind.Unglücklicherweise lag in unserem geographischen Raumkein Schnee, und es war deswegen nicht möglich, eineAufnahme von den beiden beim Skilaufen zu machen. Eshatte auch keinen Sinn in die Berge zu fahren. Nous avons trouvé la preuve …..Finalement, nous avons trouvé la preuve que les personnes quiont une relation strictement professionnelle avec les trollsaussi ressemblent à ces petites créatures de plus en plus.Récemment, au moment où notre distributeur mexicain, Paco,nous a rendu visite dans notre bureau, nous étions tous frappéspar sa ressemblance au troll numéro 122. Ce n’est pas unique-ment par apparence qu’ils se ressemblent beaucoup, mais ilssont tous les deux aussi de bons skieurs. Malheureusement,nous n'avons pas encore de la neige dans cet endroit, doncnous avons pas pu prendre de photo montrant les deux faisantdu ski. Celà ne valait pas la peine d’aller à la montagne nonplus. much alike but also both Paco andtroll 122 are very clever skiers.Unfortunately we have not got anysnow in our area yet so it wasimpossible to take a picture whenboth were skiing. IntroductionAs "Jotunheimen", the word "Trollheimen" is inspired fromthe folkloric beliefs that mountains originally were trolls thatwere turned to rock at sunrise. If so, the original trolls musthave been huge, for Trollheimen has many high-altitudemountains, scorned with deep valleys. Whereas"Trollheimen" is invented by visitors, many mountains in thearea have troll names. Trollheimen is the northernmost partof the central mountains in South-Norway.This is where the trolls go to sleep.
TerrainTrollheimen is an alpine mountain-area with deep valleys,and summits reaching 1500-1800 meters. The wildest part ofit is the southeast, where the valley Innerdalen cuts throughhigh and wild peaks like Trolla (1850), Trollheimen'shighest. Other famous mountains in the area around
Innerdalen are Skarfjell and Innerdalstårnet. Further east,the mountains are more relaxed. This central area ofTrollheimen, north of lake Gjevilvatnet is renowned for itsspecial flowers. Blåhø (1671) is the highest summit in thearea, and has a special, not well known feature. In theglacier, just below the summit there is a cave in the glacierthat sometimes is open. Last year this happened was in 1996,when many got to see Speilsalen (The mirror room) as it iscalled. The terrain in Trollheimen gives, like many othermountain areas in Norway, great opportunities for the hikerand skier. Because of the varied terrain, anyone will finda tour of their difficulty, from high-altitude summits,to forested valleys.
Legal statusThe legal status of Trollheimen is somewhat undefined.There are still going on discussions whether it should bea national-park or not.

Se è vero, i troll originali dovevano essere enormi,perché Trollheimen ha un gran numero di montagne alte, attraversate daprofonde vallate. Mentre “Trollheimen” è stato inventato dai visitatori,molte montagne della zona hanno nomi di troll. Trollheimen è la parte più anord delle montagne centrali del sud della Norvegia. Là i troll vanno a dor-mire.
TopografiaTrollheimen è una zona alpina con profonde vallate e cime che raggiungonoi 1500-1800 metri. Même si le nomTrollheim est inventé par des visiteurs, un bon nombre de montagnes dansles environs ont des noms de trolls. Le Trollheim est la partie qui se trouve leplus Nord dans le massif central dans le Sud de la Norvège. C’est ici que lestrolls se couchent.
Le terrainLe Trollheim est un massif montagneux alpestre aux profondes vallées et auxsommets se remontant jusqu’à 1500-1800 mètres. La partie la plus sauvage dece massif est la partie sud-est où la vallée Innerdalen pénètre des sommetssauvages et aux grandes altitudes comme Trolla (1850 m), le point culminantdu Trollheim. D’autres montagnes bien connues dans les alentours de la val-lée d’Innerdalen sont Skarfjell et Innerdalstårnet. Plus vers l’est, les montag-nes sont un peu plus douces. Cette région centrale du Trollheim, au nord dulac Gjevilvatnet, est bien connue pour ses fleurs bien particulières. Le pointculminant de cette région est Blåhø (1671 m), qui a un trait très particuliermais qui n’est pas très bien connu. Dans le glacier, juste en dessous du som-
met, il y une caverne qui est quelquefois ouverte. La dernière fois que cecis’est passé était en 1996, et beaucoup de monde ont pu voir « Speilsalen »(la Salle des Glaces). Comme beaucoup d’autres régions montagnardes nor-végiennes, le terrain du Trollheim donne aux randonneurs et aux skieurs degrandes possibilités. Troll-Führer für Norwegen - "Trollheimen"
Einleitung
Ähnlich wie bei "Jotunheimen" ist die etymologische Erklärung des Wortes"Trollheimen" in dem Volksglauben zu suchen. Dieser ging nämlich davonaus, dass die Berge ursprünglich Trolle gewesen sind, die beimSonnenaufgang in Gestein übergingen. Wenn dem so ist, müssen dieursprünglichen Trolle riesenhaft groß gewesen sein, denn Trollheimen hatviele hoch ragende Berge, die von tiefen Tälern durchgeschnitten sind. DerName "Trollheimen" wurde zwar von Wandergästen erfunden, aber auchviele andere Berge weisen in dieser Gegend Trollnamen auf. Trollheimen istder nördlichste Teil des zentralen Gebirgsmassivs in Süd-Norwegen. Dies istder Ort, wo die Trolle schlafen gehen.
Das Gelände
Trollheimen ist ein Hochgebirgsgebiet mit tiefen Tälern und Bergspitzen, diebis in eine Höhe von 1500-1800 Metern reichen. Der wildeste Teil ist derSüdosten, wo sich die Talschaft Innerdalen durch hohe und wildeBergspitzen wie die Trolla (1850 m), die höchste Bergspitze in Trollheimen,schneidet. Andere berühmte Bergspitzen in der Gegend um Innerdalen sindSkarfjell und Innerdalstårnet. Weiter östlich sind die Berge harmonischer.Dieser zentrale Teil von Trollheimen, nördlich des Sees Gjevilvatnet, ist fürseine besondere Flora bekannt. Blåhø (1671) ist die höchste Spitze derGegend und weist eine besondere und nicht sehr bekannte Eigenschaft auf.In dem Gletscher kurz unterhalb der Bergspitze ist eine Höhle, die ab und zu
offen ist. Das letzte Mal, dass dies geschah, war 1996, als recht viele densogenannten "Speilsalen (den Spiegelsaal) besichtigen konnten. DasGelände in Trollheimen bietet, wie so manch andere Gebirgsgegend inNorwegen, ausgezeichnete Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Skilaufen.Dank der Variation des Geländes kann ein jeder eine Route finden, diegenau die richtigen Herausforderungen aufweist, und sei nun von Bergspitzenin größeren Höhenlagen oder von bewaldeten Tälern die Rede.
Rechtlicher Status
Der rechtliche Status von Trollheimen ist gewissermaßen ungeklärt. DieDiskussion, ob hier ein Nationalpark errichtet werden sollte oder nicht,
läuft.

Nous avons l’impression que ce troll est un mes-sager portant des félicitations et une fleur à ses amis célébrants le 5ièmeanniversaire du Club des collectionneurs des trolls. Nous souhaitons aussiadresser nos félicitations et une fleur à ceux d’entre vous qui ont réussi decollectionner tous les cinq trolls du club (1997-2001) qui ont été produitsjusqu’à maintenant.
