The plan shall estimate peak flows, estimate the capacity of critical system components, identify hydraulic deficiencies, evaluate alternatives for corrective action, prioritize corrective action, and establish an implementation schedule. 2. If the Department has required a governmental unit to provide a system evaluation and capacity assurance plan, according to sec. NR 210, Wis. Adm. Code, then the governmental unit shall submit a copy to the District within 30 days after submission of the plan to the Department.
