Le The Hung, the Managing Director, regularly advises project developers and builders

in various investment, construction and commercial activities in Vietnam. Being

recognized as a dynamic person in the field of construction and dispute resolution. Hung

has consulted and assumed the position of Contract Dept. Deputy Manager at Hoa Binh

Corp., and a long-time partner at LCT Law Firm Ltd., LNT & Partners before founding CNC.

In addition, he has supported small and medium companies in restructuring, business

Contract for 5-star Grand Hotel project, located in Ho Chi Minh City’s center

overlooking the Saigon River, with a contract value of over VND 500 billion. Managing

and coordinating large numbers of subcontractors in M&E, interior finishing, facades

and elevator installation.

Contract for A2 project - Phase 1 of the Celadon City complex, Tan Ky, Tan Quy, Ho

Chi Minh City, with a contract value of over VND 750 billion. Managing and

coordinating large numbers of subcontractors in M&E, elevator installation and

landscaping.

Contract for renovation project of Trang Tien Plaza, with an investment of over 400

billion, and strict requirements of engineering, art and progress. Managing and

coordinating large numbers of nominal subcontractors in M&E, elevator, escalator,

generator installation, stone tiling for indoor and outdoor , and boards and signs for

buildings , etc.

Contract for Esquel garment factory project, with a contract value of nearly VND200

billion in Hoa Binh Industrial Zone, Hoa Binh province including construction of roads,

fences, electrical engineering and steel structure during tight schedule.

Contract for Management and Development of Germs project located in the heart

of the ancient capital Yangon, Myanmar, including 10 apartment blocks, in which

the first phase consists of 3 blocks with the investment for structure of over USD 45

million invested by Capital Diamond Star Group Ltd., ( CDSG ).

Hung has also taken part in directing, implementing, monitoring and improving the

standard conditions of construction contracts with customers and subcontractors. He

has also provided support during the performance of existing contracts to ensure

operational and rhythmic activities between departments at Hoa Binh Construction

and Real Estate Corporation.

Nguyen Thi Hoan, the Deputy Director, has years of experiences regularly advising on

multinational construction companies, investors. Hoan previously headed Hoa Binh Corp,

LCT Lawyers Firm, and prior to establishing CNC, Thien Tam Law Firm.

Hoan has successful handled landmark deals, regularly advising on consulting,

The contract to build a new dormitory and hostel under Formosa Ha Tinh project

invested by Formosa Ha Tinh Steel JSC., with investment capital of over VND 1 trillion.

Managing and coordinating large numbers of subcontractors in M&E, painting,

plaster ceilings, waterproofing, doors;

The general construction contract for Celadon City A2 project - phase 1 of the

Celadon City, Tan Ky, Tan Quy, Ho Chi Minh developed by Ho Tram MG Real Estate

Development JSC., with total contract value of over VND750 billion. Managing and

coordinating large numbers of subcontractors in stone paving, plaster ceilings,

painting, flooring, skim coating, waterproofing;

Navy Office and Commercial Center project, at 15 Le Thanh Ton Street , Ben Nghe

Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City with investment for the structure of nearly VND100

billion. Managing and coordinating large numbers of subcontractors in shoring, piling,

soil excavating and moving, steel drilling and implanting, well drilling for ground water

lowering, bracing;

Dong Phuong Wedding Building in District 5 and Dong Phuong Banqueting Center in

District 7 with total value of nearly VND 200 billion. These are large- scale projects

belonging to the restaurant chain of Thang Long Corporation who accounts for

nearly 50 % market share of restaurant and wedding service in Ho Chi Minh City;

SHP Hai Phong hotel complex and commercial center at 12 Lach Tray, Hai Phong

with contract value of more than VND530 billion, including basement, structure,

finishing to M&E, fire preventing, fire fighting.

In addition, Ms. Hoan participates in many other projects such as Phy My resettlement
