    The coal-handling system of Sino-Java Power Plant of Indonesia is

    designed according to the qualification of 2300MW coal-fired

    generator unit. Coal-handling system is mainly made up with

    program control, coal-handling equipment, coal unloading

    equipment and coal yard equipment.

    Gross Calorific value between17.435,0 kJ/kg (4165 kcal/kg) and 23.860,0 kJ/kg (5700 kcal/kg). Lignit (Low Rank Coal/Brown Coal), Gross Calorific value under 4.165 kcal/kg (17,44MJ/kg) with volatile matter above 31% at dry condition

    C7 interlock only with C3A, can not interlock with C3B C1,C2, interlock with C3A & C3B can not interlock with one

    of them. C7 and C8 can not remote stacking, local only In case C3A already runing and another lines C6B to C3B

    will running, the normal sequence is C6B running first toC3B, but C6B and C3B will running first, it is not secured.Same case if C3B already running.

    After flow chart is selected and already press Auto Start, allwill automatically running. The process can not be stop,although we unselected to cancel process. The solution is

    press stop the selected motor manually. The operator mustbe know this, to prevent accident, because incidentally lateinformation from local site.
