• Enrollment for VPK is now OPEN through the family portal and the
Coalition will begin to issue COE’s.

Panama City Event Enrolled:40 children who have never been in service before 29 families
1 family over income10 families rescheduled
Marianna Event Enrolled:15 children who have never been in service before 13 families
5 families over income3 families rescheduled
The Coalition held placement events on January 20 at Panama City Office and February 3 at the Marianna office to enroll eligible children into School Readiness services. The impact from this event was:

What to expect next?
The Coalition is planning to schedule another placement event (as funding allows). More details will be provided once a firm date has been established.
How can you help?• Don’t have to mention it at ALL to parents! So many called me only to get disappointed that they
were not going to be called in for an appointment.
• If they hear that one of their parents have been called, help them get prepared with the documents they need.
• Be encouraging to the families that did not get called for the latest waitlist placement event.

• Completed Mid-Assessments were due January 31, 2017.
• Many have still not finalized!
• Coalition review of Assessments started February 1, 2017.
