Harpreet S. GroverCo-founder & CEO•Harpreet envisions bringing a paradigm shift in the Indian campus recruitment scenario by using technology•Harpreet graduated from IIT Bombay with a dual degree.•Beyond work he is a national squash player, a published photographer, poet and an amateur mountaineer.
Vibhore GoyalCo-founder & CTO•Vibhore worked at Microsoft Research Centre, filing six patents in his brief stint of 18 months.•He completed his Dual Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay•His areas of interest include security, networking and occasional long drives.

Associate (Account Management)
Associate (Sales)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work with our regional corporate and institutional sales team to help our clients
hire from colleges
Ensure customer satisfaction through a mix of relationship building and process
adherence
You will be responsible as the single point of contact for making a region
successful
Comp:
First 6 Months: 14000/month + bonus (CTC: 2.1 L/annum)
Post 6 Months: 20000/month + sales incentive (CTC: 3.8 L/annum)
Associate (Account Management)
Goal: Increase Employability - by bringing online Colleges of India on a single
platform (by signing them up first as associates and then as partners)
JD: Six month training in Gurgaon in developing your territory
Graduates into field sales (regional) and leadership positions (Gurgaon)
Skill: Sales Skills- Good Listener, Persistence, Self Driven, Hunger to grow
Communication Skills- Speak fluently and understand- English, Hindi, Regional
Team Skills- Team Player, Able to swallow ego, Contributes to others growth

Talk to placement officers and build trust to get authenticated data of students
Target- Number of colleges per week and per month
Work in the headquarters and know the entire team and how things work
Bring online 2000 colleges from across India for our corporate partners
