An automated authorization system that integrates with

your existing eCommerce / CRM Platform.

The system uses SMS to communicate with the user and

the user replies through a ZipDial (missed call).

Incase of no-response from the user, there is an

automated call from the system that is used to capture the

users response.

All responses are communicated in real time with all

parties.

The system is absolutely free for the user.




1. Triggering of Request

a. User places an order on your web or phone system.

b. The ecommerce system triggers an authorization request to ZipDial.Parameter ± User¶s number, Order Number.

c. ZipDial sends an SMS to the user asking to authorize the order.

Eg. You have placed an order with Order No.123456 on abc.com. To confirm ZipDial (missed call) to1800 103 9555 . To Deny ± 1800 104 9556

2. Capturing Users Response

a. User ZipDials to respond.

b. ZipDial informs the ecommerce system of the user¶s response.Paramater ± User¶s Number, Order Number, User¶s Response

c. The ecommerce system updates the order status in the fulfillment database.

3. Fallback for non-responsive users.

a. Incase user does not respond to the SMS via ZipDial within a designated time,

ZipDial triggers a call to the user with the same message and asks to press 1

to confirm or 2 to Deny.

b. ZipDial updates the ecommerce system accordingly.
