Marlon with run through the steps he took

to successfully upgrade the client to

version 13, the differences in the upgrade

process from previous versions and the

obstacles he encountered along the way

and how they were resolved.

Many organisations currently reconcile their bank statements manually and also

manually post electronic cash receipts. Designed to automate and improve the

overall bank reconciliation and statement processing in Unit4 Financials, MillSoft

B2C Clients can gain significant efficiencies and free up internal resources.

Do you currently post electronic cash receipts such as BACS and CHAPS

manually to Coda from bank statements?

Do you manually maintain a cash book in MS Excel and manually reconcile

bank statements to Coda?

If the answer is yes then MillSoft B2C can help automate these processes saving

Most organisations now pay electronically using either BACS or CHAPS. The

electronic bank statement may include information that helps identify which

customer a particular receipt is from, which your cashier then needs to try and

decipher in order to find the correct Coda sales ledger account.

Through the clever use of search keys, B2C, can identify key words on the bank

statement and translate them into a suitable code that allows that transaction

to be successfully auto-posted into Unit4 Financials. The cash book and sales

ledgers can therefore be automatically updated with the electronic receipt and

Unit4 Financials auto-background matching can then be used to match the

receipt to the correct invoice.
