• Print advert must be A4 landscape
• It includes one striking image used to
capture the attention of the audience and
create a narrative
• There is always a block of colour behind
the writing in order to make it stand out

• The slogan anchors the meaning of the main image and is often a play on words and a way of connecting with the audience.
• The name of the programme is in the lower left hand corner of the advert
• The scheduling information includes the day, date and time
• The channel logo is prominent, normally on the right hand side of the advert.
• Often there is a ‘hash tag’ placed on the advert so audiences can get connected with the programmethrough social networking sites such as twitter.
