2. Research based on Dinuclear Idea2. Research based on Dinuclear Idea
Two main degrees of freedom of the dinuclear model:
1. Relative motion of nuclei 2. Nucleon transfer between nuclei
![Page 6: Collaboration of BLTP, UC and University Giessen](https://reader036.vdocuments.net/reader036/viewer/2022070405/56813f46550346895da9f6f8/html5/thumbnails/6.jpg)
2. Research based on Dinuclear Idea2. Research based on Dinuclear Idea
Application of dinuclear model:
– Cross sections for production of superheavy nuclei
– Cross sections for quasifission and fission
– Nuclear cluster structure in normal, hyper- and superdeformed nuclei

4. Future aspects4. Future aspects
Larger weight of theoretical low-energy nuclear physics at GSI (Darmstadt) after reorganisation of the Department of Theory. In future closer theoretical collaboration with GSI.
My wish: Continuation of the fruitful collaboration of Giessen with BLTP and UC in future.
