Bio
Rich joined Adecco Group in 1997 as the
Branch Manager for Accountants on Call (now
Accounting Principals) based in Schaumburg
Illinois. Since then, the company has taken
him to live in Houston, St. Louis, Zurich
Switzerland and now Jacksonville. In his
current role, he is responsible for the entire HR
function for all of the North American
Region. Originally from Oklahoma, Rich and
his wife, Ann, spend most of their time with their three kids; Jack (14), Will (12), and Josi
(9). He enjoys golf, travel, and anything
Wisconsin Badgers (his alma mater) and St.
Louis Cardinals.

Bio
Wendy leads the HR Compensation team for
Adecco Group in the US as well as the HR
Business Partner team for our US-based staffing
brands. She moved to Jacksonville from New
England in 2000 and has been with Adecco Group
/ MPS Group since 2002. Along with her husband
Matt and 2 dogs, Dallas and Marco, they make
the most of living in San Marco, being avid
walkers and “regulars” at many local shops and
restaurants. A sports fan, she continues to follow
the Boston Red Sox, and is a season ticket holder
for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

I love nature and cultural music. Married for 25 years with 3 children, ages 24, 19 and 14. I enjoy spending time with my family, especially with my kids. I’m the oldest of 7 children. I came to the US in 1979, learned English and went to college here. Hobbies are baking, cooking, knitting, sewing and entertaining.
WORK HISTORY
I started 14 years ago with Olsten as a reconciliation temp on a one month project and was hired as permanent. I have handled Cash Application, Corporate Collections, Billing and Implementation during this time.
Prior Experience: I managed Treasury, Federal Reserve Bank and Mortgage Backed Securities operations for over 10 years with multiple banks on Wall Street.

Bio
Amy recently celebrated her 20 year anniversary
with the company and says she has ‘enjoyed every
minute!’ In her current role, Amy manages the HR/
business partnerships for the corporate functions. In
addition, Amy and her team lead US compliance,
immigration and diversity & inclusion initiatives for
all US businesses in the Adecco family. On
weekends you will find Amy on the soccer field
watching Gerry (16) and Heather (10) play or at the
Pellicer Creek Campground helping her husband or
boating on the creek. Come football season she will
be cheering on her Pittsburgh Steelers.

Bio Jess joined Adecco in May 2014. She came to
us from Talagy as VP of Operations. She has
15 years of experience running client facing
centralized teams. Process improvement,
technology and stellar customer service are
her passions. Her favorite word is, BAM!. Her
favorite saying is, “The mind is like a
parachute, it only works if it is open”. Also, she
was lucky enough to travel to India and see

Bio
Courtney joined the Adecco family in February
2014 and is charged with developing and
executing a holistic Talent Management strategy
to include colleague onboarding, performance
management, training, leadership development,
organizational effectiveness, career progression,
and succession planning for the company’s 6,600
colleagues and 12 business units. Originally from
upstate NY, she and her family love the sunshine,
beach, and all things kid-friendly. Her daughter
Laura begins Kindergarten in the fall and truly is
the boss of the family.

Bio
Elaine is responsible for Benefits, Colleague
Payroll, and HRIS for Adecco Group. Her team
manages Semi-monthly payroll for over 6,600
colleagues, benefit plan design, eligibility and
enrollment administration for over 100,000
colleagues and associates along with HRIS
system and data support for the HR
department. Elaine began her career with legacy
MPS Group as a HRIS Analyst in 1998. She is an
avid motorcyclist and enjoys spending time with
her granddaughter.
