The Collective
“Our environments are the repositories of our memories and the containers of our dreams, aspirations, wants and needs. They are reflections of us, our society, our culture and our time”

The Collectives designers understand today’s workplace challenges Beginning with and understanding the person/team, the collective defines the space or foot print that the user requires, only then progressing to the client’s business goals and strategies This helps to define the workplace as a living organism and a strategic element of the clients’ growth and success Culture then becomes a natural outgrowth of the planning and design process, rather than an impediment to it
