Table assignments will be on a first come, first serve basis with preference being given to vendors whoparticipated in the 2019 Convention. Upon receipt of your paid registration, a confirmation email will be sent.Set up time will be Friday, October 11, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. All registered vendors will be contacted 2-3 weeks before the convention with further information.
Recognition and acceptance of this vendor agreement for The NJSC NAACP State Convention is entirely at the convention’s discretion. While it is the convention’s intention to provide opportunities to as many vendors as possible, the convention is not obliged to register any particular vendor. Rejected registration for any particular vendor may be the result of capacity restrictions, documentation and/or payment of fees not being completed, or a previous history of vendor problems.
Vendor/Exhibitor agrees to be responsible for any damages done within their assigned space. Should Vendor/Exhibitor/Author’s assign space be left unclean, the NJ State NAACP reserves the right to charge the Vendor/Exhibitor/Author an “extra cleaning” charge of $250, payable to the NJ State NAACP.
The individual signing this contract indicates that he or she has read all pages to the Agreement, will abide by the rules and regulations of the NJ State NAACP as set forth in this NAACP Agreement, and is authorized to execute this binding Agreement for the named Exhibitor/Vendor/Author.
It is expressly agreed and understood between the Vendor/Exhibitor/Author and the NJ State NAACP that the NJ State NAACP shall be under no liability for loss of, or damage to, goods or property of Vendor/Exhibitor; personal injury to the Vendor/Exhibitor/Author or the Vendor/Exhibitor/Author employees. Each Vendor/Exhibitor/Author, upon signing this agreement, expressly indemnifies the NJ State NAACP and the National NAACP from all such claims. Vendor/Exhibitor/Author further warrants that he or she will obey all rules, regulations and laws of the Convention, City and State.
Vendor/Exhibitor agrees not to assign, sublet or share, in whole or in part, their assigned space without 2 weeksprior notice to The Vendor Liaison (Samantha Whitfield).
Loudspeakers, phonographs, sound movies or megaphones that interfere with adjoining Vendor/Exhibitor/Author or event are prohibited. No decorations such as crepe paper, tissue paper, or cardboard shall be used at any time. All packing containers and wrapping paper are to be removed from the floor at the end of Vendor/Exhibitor/Author hours and can be stored under the tables at your own risk.
It is also expressly agreed and understood that the Vendor/Exhibitor forfeits all money paid should they be a no-show for the event.
