Installers should work from multiple boxes to ensure proper mixing due to inherent product variation.

When planning layouts, more than 33% offset is not recommended due to possibility of unavoidable lippage

All products should be inspected prior to installation for any defects or unacceptable color/shade variation. Claims will not be accepted after installation

Proper substrates, preparation and installation materials are required for a successful installation. For reference please see the TCNA 09300 Tile Handbook

Most available grouts are possible to use with porcelain tile. For product specific inquiries, please consult grout supplier for applicability based on joint width and product type

Ensure all grout haze is buffed off before 48 hours have elapsed after installation

Glazed tile should not be treated with a sealer for any reason

To clean glazed porcelain tile, use a damp sponge with warm water. For heavy cleaning, use a non abrasive cleaner with a damp sponge
