1 B/S User Manual
1.1 Colorlight Cloud Account Application
A Colorlight Cloud account is required for being able to login to the Colorlight Cloud. The
registration is not open. Please contact Colorlight for the account.
1.2 Colorlight Cloud Account Login
You can login the Colorlight Cloud(URL:https://www.colorlightcloud.com)for managing all
the terminals from the Internet. As shown in Figure 1.2-1 below, you need to input your account
and password.

After successful login, you'll find the interface as shown in Figure 1.2-2. The menu is on the
left, which contains items such as equipment management, media management, program
management, etc. The window for operation is on the right.

1.3 Terminal Management
1.3.1 New Terminal
As shown in Figure 1.3 -1, you can add a new terminal.
1. Click New as shown in Figure 1.3-1.
2. Fill in the information and click Submit.
3. The "Account" here is the Terminal Account, rather than administration account, which will
later setup the Terminal for connecting to the Colorlight Cloud server*.
4. Select a "Terminal Group", to which this new terminal belongs.
5. Submit.
* Please write down the terminal account, as it’s the LED player account in the server, which
should later be used to configure the LED player.

After filling in the information and submitting, we can find a new terminal under
corresponding terminal group. The new terminal is gray, which means it’s not online for the

1.3.2 Edit Terminal
1. Click you can edit the terminal information.

1.4 Terminal Group
1.4.1 New Terminal Group
1. On the home page, click Terminal->Select Group.
2. Click to enter the page for adding a new terminal group (Figure 1.4-1).
3. As shown in Figure 1.4-2, fill in the information and click Submit to create a new Terminal
Group.

1.4.2 Edit Terminal Group
1. Click , and you can revise the information of a terminal group. The interface is
shown in Figure 1.3.1-3 (Note: You cannot edit the initial terminal group assigned to you,

1. Click , and you can delete selected terminal group and terminals under it, as
shown in Figure 1.4-4 (Note: Initial terminal group cannot be deleted).

1.5 Login a Terminal
The C6 can connect to Internet via WIFI, 3G/4G, and network cable. In order to connect to
the Colorlight Cloud server, you should:
1. Connect the computer via USB cable provided,
2. Start LEDVISION, (https://smart.lednets.com/ledvision.zip)
3. Click "Publish program to C6 player",

8. Select the "Led" tab in the "Advanced Settings" window,

Please check the figure below for the Username, Password and URL mapping. After filling in
corresponding information, click Apply. The "Login Succeed" message shows that it’s online in the
server.

1.6 Terminal Management
After setting up the terminal, Login to the server from a browser.
1.6.1 Screenshot
1. The green frame means that the device is online as shown in Figure 1.6-1 below.
2. Click the terminal name text.
3. Take a "Screenshot" from the "Terminal" window.
1.6.2 Reboot device
Click to reboot the equipment.

1.6.3 Device Content Management
1. Click if you want to switch the program, and the interface is shown in Figure
1.6-2.
2. Click to switch the program.
3. Click to delete the program.
4. Click to delete all programs in the terminal.
5. Click to clear all useless Internet cached resources.
6. Moreover, you can remotely control device's brightness, color temperature, volume and
switch between sync and async signals.

1.7 Media Management
1.7.1 Media Upload
To upload media to the server:
1. Click Media Management->File Upload as shown in Figure 1.7-1.
2. Click Select File, find the media to upload.
3. Click Open to submit.(Size of single media is limited to 512M Bytes currently)

1.7.2 Media List
1. Media list display media uploaded to the server, including videos and pictures.
2. Users can delete media in the Media List.
a) If media has been referenced by some programs, you have to firstly delete programs
that are using it.
b) Consequently delete the media referenced. As shown in Figure 1.7-1.

1.8 Program Management
1.8.1 Program List
1. Program Management is shown in Figure 1.8-1. It shows all programs from both B/S and
C/S(Colorlight LEDVISION).

2. You can click to create a new program.
3. Click to edit the program (Previously created in the B/S only).
4. Click to delete a program.
1.8.2 New Program
To create a new program:
1. Click "Edit Contents", as shown in Figure 1.8-2.
2. Click to add a Program Page.
3. Select the new Program Page.
4. Click again to add Windows, such as a File Window to the Page.
5. Select the File Windows, for example.
6. Click again to add assets, such as Pictures and Video clips.
7. Fill in the Program name if you don't like the default one.
8. Setup the height and width of the Program according to the size of screen.
9. Preview window and size adjustment of a file window could be found on the right.
10. Click to upload the program to server.

Adjust Asset Play Order:
1. Select the Page or Asset.
2. Click to adjust the play order.
Delete a Page or Asset:
1. Select the item for deletion.
2. Click to delete a page, file window or media after the corresponding item selected.

1.9 Schedule
Command Schedule locates under Terminal Management, it’s necessary to select a terminal
group for setting schedule, as shown in Figure 1.7-1.
Click , as shown in Figure 1.7-2, users can command Type, Execution Time, Valid
Date, Valid Week and etc. Click to enforce the schedule set by users.

The module applies to multi-users management, register new user and bind corresponding
terminal group, there are two permission assignments: administrator and program maker (Only
administrator can register new users). All subsidiary accounts under the certain account are

2.1 Login to Colorlight Cloud server
1. Start LEDVISION and C series products, as shown in Figure 2.1-1.
2. Click Cloud.
3. Enter username/password and the URL. (e.g.:https://www.colorlightcloud.com)
4. Click Login.
5. You can find all the terminals under the Cloud.

1. Make sure you have logged in the "Cloud".
