Spanish homework as he was in her Spanish class. She remembersbeing told that he had not completed the homework and she shouldtalk to Forsberg when he gets to the Library. Parker ended upputting her stuff down and sitting at table #12. She believes itwas approximately 11:15 a.m. when she sat down at the table.About a minute after she sat down, Lindsay Elmore joined her atthe table. Attachment A is a diagram of the Columbine HighSchool Library. Parker marked on the diagram where she andElmore sat at table #12.

The next thing Parker remembers was Miss Nielson cominginto the Library and stating something to the effect of, "There'sa man in the school with a gun, where's the phone?" !~iss Nielsentold everyone co get under the tables and everyone looked at herin confusion. She told everyone again to get under the tables.Parker got under her table and was laying on the floor with herhead between her legs. She could hear Miss Nielson on thetelephone. As it was the end of the school year, Parker thoughtthat whatever was happening was a senior prank. Approximatelytwo to three m~nutes later. she heard what sounded likefirecrackers. She does not specifically recall the direction ofthe sounds. Five to seven minutes later, she heard morefirecracker noises coming from the commons or oafeteria area.About a minute Or two later, she heard firecracker noises justoutside the Library by the stairs.

Parker and Elmore were both hiding under table #12.Parker on the east end of the table and was faoing north. Herwas view toward the front area of the Library but was obstruotedby other tables, Elmore was hiding under the west end of thetable. Elmore is a big girl and in her efforts to further hideunder the table, she was pushing Parker out from underneath thetable. Parker's viewing area changed during the shooting withinthe Library as Elmore and her moved in an attempt to furtherconceal themselves under the table. Parker's viewing areachanged during the shooting so she was looking more toward thesouth or back of the Library. Parker was trying to keep her eyesclosed during most of the shooting.

Parker then heard two people enter the Library. Shecould see only their feet and hath were wearing black shoes. Shetho~ght one of the individuals went to the east side of theLlbrary and the other proceeded to the front. She then heard one

of them state, "everyone's afraid" and "look at the scared peopleunder the tables_" Prior to them coming in the Library, the firealarm was going off in the commons area_ The two gunmen went tothe east side of the Library first and were in that area forapproximately four to five minutes, The fire alarm was going offin the Library and was very loud, Parker could hear no speakingover the sounds of the fire alarm. They then went around thefront area of the Library to the west section of the Library_Parker could see their legs and feet as they were moving in thefront of the Library. One of the gunmen stopped and Parker couldhear him reloading his gun, The other gunmen continued to shootwhile the other was reloading. Parker could hear the gunmencommenting and heard one say jjreb" or "red" and one say a namestarting with D or V, She also heard one of gunmen state! "now Ifinally get my revenge" and also heard one of them state, "allthe jocks stand up." She heard a racial comment when they wereon the west side but does remember what they stated. Thisstatement was followed by gunfire. Parker could not recall howmany gunshots followed the statement_ Parker could not give aspecific sequence to the events or comments she heard on the eastor west sides of the Library.

The gunmen than came into the middle section fromseparate directions and met near teble #14_ parker did not seethem move into her section but stated she could hear and "feel"them moving. One of the gunmen asked where his backpack was andthis was followed by a statement of "oh there it is", The gunmanhad moved in a direction toward table #10 when he made thestatement_ Parker did not see him move in that direction butheard him moving up near table #10. Both gunmen moved and werestanding directing behind or to the south of her table_ parkercould hear one of the gunmen "going through" a backpack _ One ofthem than stated he had run out of ammo and state something tothe effect of "oh well, I'll Just use the shells" _ The next thingParker remembers was one of the gunman standing near her tabledressed in black jeans and wearing a mask. The gunman wasstanding at the southeast corner of her table and was pointing agun at Parker's head. The gun was net a shotgun and appeared tobe a dark silver/black or grayish gun_ Parker stared into ~he

barrel of the gun, She thought the gun was pointed directly ather for 30 seconds and stated it seemed like "an eternity".Parker could not describe what this gunmen looked like as she was

concentrating solely on the gun. The gunman turned away from hertable and she heard one of the gunmen state to somebody undertable #11, "who's under there?". She did not hear a response andthen heard one of the gunmen state something to the effect of "ohhey, what; are you doing in here, we're gonna blow up the Library."When the gunman made this statement he was very calm and askedthe question with a little laughter in his voice. A boy namedJohn, with a last name that begins with the letter S, got up fromunder the table and apparently left the Library. Parker did notsee him leave the Library.

One of the gunmen than moved north of her table. Shethought it may have been the same gunman that had been pointing agun at her. She than heard several gunshots. This was followedby a comment from ~he other gunman of "did he try to grab you".The second gunman was standing behind Parker's table when he madethe comment. Parker looked ~p toward table #9 and saw Dan Mauserlaying on the floor. parker next heard gunfire behind her atwhat she thought was Corey DePooter's table (table #14). Parkerhad heard the gunmen shooting in the back of the middle sectionwhen they first oame into the section. Parker assumes that theywere shooting at a table behind her and that it was probablyDePooter's.

The next thing she remembers was hearing one of thegunmen state something to the effect of "I've always wanted to usea knife, you get more blood." The gunmen then talked aboutblowing up the Library. Parker could give no direction orlocation of the g~-~en when they made those comments. Both ofthe gunmen then W~ t to the southern part of the west side of theLibrary and were in that area for approximately five minutes. She heard one of them state something to the effect of "oh, itdidn't work". She thought they ,;ere shooting at the bookcasesbased upon the sounds she was hearing. A piece of blacktriangular plastic landed a couple of feet away from her on thefloor There continued to b~ more screaming and gunfire and moreexplosions. Parker does not specifically recall any of thedetails or sequence.

The Library than got quiet and it appeared to her thatthey had left the Library Approximately two to three minutesafter they left the Library, Parker could hear gunshots far awayfrem the Library in some other part of the school She heard

some woman's voice from the front area of the Library state, "getout." A couple of other people yelled also to get out, Parkerinitially hesitated and then got up and ran to the front of theLibrary. She ran along the southside of the computer tables tothe west windows and than to the back door. When she ran by thecomputer tables, she saw a little or small white boy laying onthe ground, After going out the back door of the Library, sheran up the hill and got behind a police car. There were twopolice officers behind the car, Approximately 20 people hadgotten behind the police car and ten of those people had beenshot or were hurt, She thought some of them may have been fromthe cafeteria area.

Police cars began driving down to the car they werehiding behind to shuttle the students away from the area. Theinjured people were loaded in first and taken away, Parker wasloaded into an Explorer like vehicle and dropped off behind thehighest hill in Clement park. There a reporter let her use hiscell phone and she called her mom. She then walked to theneighborhood that the triage area had been Set up in, She waspicked up by her mom in that area. Parker was not contacted byany police officer for an interview at that tlme. She did notgive any media interviews that day or has she since.

Parker estimates the two gunmen were in the Library forapproximately 30 minutes. During this time, there wereexplosions going off causing the plaster from the ceiling to falldown. She remembers there being a lot of smoke in the Library, especially in the front area. She described the smoke as beinggunfire smOke. Yeah. I'm alive, I was in the library - ugh, I hearda bangingand I thought

someone was renovating the school, it sounded like someone hammering Then1heard it

get wayTOO loud to be that, and I heardshotguns. which are moreofa boomthan a bang.

Shortiy after that, a womanran into the library and said, "Everyone get under the rabies,

there'sa kid outside with a gun!" So weaii did [heard lots of gunfire, explosions,

screams It wasjust unreal I kept tellingmyselfit had to be a dream, that this couldn't

be happening, I heard a big explosion and felt the floorunder me shake, and [ was scared

that they were going to blow up the school See, the libraryis on top of the cafeteria, and

they set off a couple of pipe bombs in the cafeteria, right under the library Then I

remembered that It took a big truck fuii of explosives to blow up the Oklahoma City

building, so [didn't worryabout that as much. Then they Came up into the library, and 1

saw them, and Lthought, "Holy cow, it'sDylan and Eric! "nat are they doing?" I

thoughtthey might be planningto kill everyone in the library. So there I was, biding

underone of the tables, and they were goingfrom table to table and shootingsomeof the

people under them. I didn't actuallyseeanyone get shot, far which I'm thankful, but 1

prettymuch knew they were killingpeople 1sawthem fire in the direction of the

computers, but I couldn'tsee the computers because therewas a bookshelfin the way, but

I was somewhatamused at the thought of shooting a computer, I couldn'thear muchof

whatwas said because the fire alarmsweregoingoff Anyway, when they cameto my

table Eric SUlek hIS head under the table and pointed his gun at me, so I scootedout of

the wayof the barrel, and then he pointedit at me again, and I scootedback out of the

way Then he stood up and said, "Who 15underthe table7 Identify youselfl" And I said,

"It's me, John!" And Dylansaid, "JohnSavage?" And [said, "Yes!" And Dylanwalked

over to my side of the table and said, 'Hi" And I said, 'Hi Dylan What are youdoing?"

And he shrugged and said, "O~ killing people" And I said, "Areyou goingto kill me?"

And he looked at me for a secondand then he said, "No, dude, just run Just get out of

here" I rememberthinkingthat if he'd said yes, J would have said, "Thenmake it quick,

just put a bullet in my headand gel it over with." Buthe let me go, so 1ran outside. 1

was spnnringat top speed, so 1didn't see muchof the school on the inside (1 WIsh I'd

goneslower and taken a better look), but I remember seeinga big blood stain on the

carpet and one of the pop machines was damaged, probably from one of the pipe bombs

I ran to the housewhere I havea daily bible study class (it's a Mormon thingcalled

seminary) and the police took me downto Goldento make an offical statement for their

arrest warrant. But they're dead now.

It's so weird to imagine it· Dylanwas in my 2nd hourclass andEric was in my

3rd hour, and they killed at least 13peopleand themselves. And at least 2 peopleI knew

are dead, too - Rachel Scon andLaurenTownsend I knewthe girl who had 9 wounds to

herchest, and one of my other friendswas shot in the knee. I have another friendwho

always spends her lunch in the library, and I haven't seen or heard from her, so for all I

know, she'sdead, too. They were all such incredibly nice people They didn'tdo

anything 10 deserve it.

I've spent most of the last couple of daysat mygirlfriend's house. I'm goingover

there again tomorrow It's times like this whenyourealizehow important your friends

are to you, not only when they're there for you, but when they're gone. I'm glad I didn't

die, but not Justfor my own sake, but for the sakeof my friends- I'd hate for them to be

sad about me,

I feel like a war vet· whenever1see a shooting scene in a movie, ] have a son of

the commons to go to the library. When he left everyone wasstill at the table. Attachment A is a diagram of the Cafeteriaat Columbine High School Scott indicated on the diagram he wassitting at the table marked as "U". Scott remembers leaving theCafeteria at 11:07 a.m., as he always made sure to go to theLibrary before the rush of students after fourth period ended at11:10 a.m, Scott did not see anything unusual in the parking lotor the commons area,

Scott walked in the Library and remembers seeing MattKechter sitting at table #17, Evan Todd at the computer tablesand the two librarians behind the counter. He may also have seenCassie Bernal on the east side of the Library. Scott went to thewest side and put his stuff down at table #17, He then went overto table #8 and sat down between Byron Kirkland and BrittanyEollerud. Scott has a math class with Kirkland and wanted totalk to him about the class, Also seated at the table were AaronCohn and Josh Lapp. Scott was at table #8 for a couple ofminutes, but does not recall seeing Isiah Shoels at that cable,

At approximately 11:15 a.m., Scott was back standing bytable #17. While he was still standing, he heard what he thoughtwere gunshots coming from an area by the back door of theLibrary, It sounded like paint balls from a paintball gunhitting the door, Scott looked across the room toward Evan Toddand they smiled at each other, thinking the noise was from asenior prank. Scott then looked out the windows and could seestudents backing up and running behind the hill by the soccerfield, They were looking toward the top of the stair area nearthe back door of the Libra~/. Approximately two minutes laterwhile Scott was still standing, he saw a female teacher run intothe Library. The teacher stated something to the affect of"there's kids with guns out there shooting other kids". Scottdoes not know the teacher and described her as 5'6" tall withblond hair, The teacher went behind the librarian's counter, Astudent then walks in the Library and falls down and his legslooked bloody. The teacher, now behind the librarian's counter, says "everybody under the desks". Scott said it felt like adream and everyone in the Library kind of "stalled". The teacherthen stated again, "go under the desks, I'm not joking", scottthen went around table #17 and get underneath. Scott could see alight skinned girl with black hair, walking calmly along thewindows of the west Library. She walked over near table *20 and

appeared to be telling friends that there were kids with pipebo~bs and guns outside. Scott could not hear specific comments.Someone then told her to get down. Isiah Shoels came over andgot under table #17 with Scott and Matt Kechter. Soott was onthe south end of the table with his view toward the referencetable. Kechter was on the north end of the table and Shoels wasin the middle. All three were within the support legs of thetable. Attachment B is a diagram of the Columbine High SchoolLibrary. Scott indicated on the diagram where he saw Todd,Kechter, Lapp, Cohn, Kirkland, Bollerud and the Librarians priorto getting under his table.

Scott then began hearing gunshots and at least twoexplosions in the hallway outside the Library. The explosionsshook the ground and Scott. The gunshots and explosions appearedto be moving closer to the Library in the hallway. The fireala+m in the hallway began going off. The alarm was very highpitched and loud.

Scott then heard gunmen coming into the Library. Thegunmen began shooting right after they entered the front entranceof the Library. No one in the Library was talking and ScottCQuld hear the gunmen saying things. The gunmen went inca theeast area of the Library and Scott heard one of them state, "I'vebeen waiting for this for a long time". Scott saw one of thegunmen near the reference table. He described the gunman astall, wearing a black hat with blond hair coming out of the hat.The gunman was a wearing a trenchcoat and Scott noticed somethingwhite underneath the coat. The gunman was carrying a sawed-off,short-barreled shotgun in his right hand. Scott placed the nameDylan Klebold with the ~Jnman after seeing his name and picturein the media.

Scott than heard a frantic female voice state, "oh mygod, I don't wanna die". This was followed by a gunman stating,"do you believe in God". Scott heard a response to the effect cf"please I don't want to die'. The gunman then asked again if thatperson believed in God. Scott heard her respond, "yes I do".This was followed by several gunshots and Scott did not hear hervoice again. At that point he could hear other female studentsmaking noises and being frantic. During this conversationShoels, Kechter and Scott were just looking at each other inamazement.

The next comment Scott heard was one of the gunmenstating, ·get ting a fucking jock". He also heard one of themstate, "get anyone wi t n white hats". At that point Scott tookoff his white hat and put it underneath his shirt. Scott thenheard gunshots in the computer area, north of his table. Heheard cne of the gunmen state, "are you a jock" and he thought heheard Todds' voice respond. This was followed by more gunshots.Scott then hears who believes is Klebold talking to a Hispanicgirl near table #20. He then heard gunshots in that area. Atthis point Scott is laying down underneath his table in a fetalposition with his head underneath the table. He could see towardtable #20 and if he turned his neck to the front area. Scottmostly was trying to keep his head facing down and was notlooking around.

After hearing the gunshots near table #20, he believesKlebold saw Isiah Shoels and yellS to the other gunman, ·there's afucking Nigger over here". Scott did not look up and there wasa pause in the conversation between the gunmen. At the same timeKlebold makes his "Nigger" comment Scott is hearing gunshots inan area over by the computer tables. Scott then heard the othergunmen say something to the effect of "get that fucking Nigger".He ~~ickly looked up and could see Shoels trying to back awaytoward the east. Scott looked back down and heard gunshots (morethan one), possibly from a shot gun. The sounds from thegunshots and possibly an explosion were so loud that Scottthought his ears were going to bleed. For a short period of timeafter the gunshots and explosion under his table, Scott's memoryis "fuzzy". Based on the way the gunmen referred to Shoels,Scott thought that they didn't really know Shoels personally.

Scott continued to keep his head down and was praying. He prayed the whole time the gunmen were in the Library. He wasquietly praying and was probably was only moving his lips.Scott's memory is fuzzy after the shooting under his table, butthinks the gunmen left his area of the Library and moved to otherareas and continued shooting. The gunmen were probably in theLibrary for eight minutes, but it seemed that they were theremuch longer. Scott thought the gunmen had been in the middlearea of the Library prior to shooting Shoels and also after theyleft the weSt side of the Library. Scott did look up at onepoint to look at Shoels and Kechter. Shoels was lying downfacing away and was in a pool of blood. Kechter seemed to be

leaning against a chair with his eyes shut and blood coming outof his ears. Kechter had a hole in his side or his stomach andsmoke was coming out of the hole. Shoels and Kechter wereleaning against each other and both were breathing and moaning atthat time. There was so much blood under the table that theblood on Scott's pants may have come from Shoels or Kechter.Scott looked back down and continued to pray the same prayer overand over. He asked God to take away the fear and give himstrength.

During about the time Scott looked at Shoels andKechter f he remembers hearing a gunmen star.s , III wonder what's itlike to use a knife on someone". The gunmen was very close by,but Scott could give no direction.

After the knife comment the Library got quiet and Scottcould hear gunfire coming from the hallway outside of theLibrary. Scott after aSking God to take away the fear and givehim strength said, "I think they're gone, let's get out of here".Scott got up and started to move and as he approached table t18could see Byron Kirkland standing up near table t20. Kirklandand Cohn had apparently gotten under table n20. Scott did notknow how they had gotten back to that table from their originalseats at table #8.

As Scott turned to look toward the computer tables andthe back door of the Library, he saw a girl under the computertable. The girl, he believes named Kacey, was not tucked totallyunder the desk and had a big hole in her right shoulder. Scottcould see her shoulder joint and blood running down her arm. Henoted everyone was getting up slowly around him. The girl undarthe computer desk stated, "please help me". Scott went, over toher and helped her get up and then put his arm around her and herarm around his neck. Together they then moved along the westwindows toward the back door. A number of students who had beenmoving towards the back door had run into the first conferenceroom/office on the way to the back door. They quickly ran out ofthe room to the back exit as more of the students headed thatway. Scott and the girllKacey) did not go in that room, butcontinued down the hall to the back door. By the back door Scottgot kind of knocked off of the girl (Kacey) in a rush of students. At that po~nt the girllKacey) was able to walk and they both ranup behind a police car parked on the side of the hill.

Approximately fifteen students were hiding behind thepolice car. Behind the police car were two police officerspointing their guns toward the Library. The cops began askingthe students questions and Scott remembers answering the policeofficer in a shaky voice. The police officer asked what they(the gunmen) looked like and Scott told the police officer therewas two of them. One he said was in a black trenchcoat and blackhat. The police officer then asked how many were dead and hetold him, he didn't know. The police officer then asked where inthe Library the subjects were and Scott told them they had leftthe Library and he heard gunshots in the hallways outside of theLibrary. This police officer was near the front tire of thepolice car. Attachment C is diagram of Columbine High Schoolincluding the parking lots. Scott indicated on the diagram thelocation of the police car.

While he was behind the police car, Scott continued tosilently pray. One of the police officers told the students tohelp the other injured students. Scott began talking to theinjured students and told them they Were okay and they Were outof the school. He also told them they should pray for the kidsstill inside the school. He held the hand of one injured boy wholooked like he was going to black out. He continued talking tothe boy to try to keep him awake. He told the boy he was prayingfor him and that there was power in prayer. At the same time, hecould See other police officers along the fence up the hillbehind them. He asked some of the other students if they had anybrothers and sisters in the school and said he would pray forthem. He told some of the students to pray for those studentsstill in the school, who may be in the same position that theywere in the Library. He did lead a small group in prayer. Hethen started to talk with a female student who had been shot inthe stomach and helped her pray. Scott did recall seeing ByronKirkland, Aaron Carill, Josh Lapp and two oriental sisters, one ofwhom had been were shot, behind the police car.

After a period of time another police car oame down cotheir location. The most seriously injured students were loadedinto th~s first vehicle and rive injured students were crammedinto the back cf the pol~ce car. A couple minutes later anotherpolice car came down to their location and was filled with moreinjured students. Scott tried to help Dan Steepleton, who had aninjured leg, get into the police car. came down to their location and transported students away fromthe scene. Scott continued his praying as the students werebeing shuttled away. The two police officers behind his vehicledid shoot at something or someone at one point. He oelieves thatsomeOne may have been firing at the police car as he heard One ofthe cops say 1 Uthey're shooting at us". Scott got in the last carwith the last three students that were behind the police car.The police car dropped them off in a cul-de-sao at theneighborhood that backs up to the school property and Clemantpark.

At the cul-de-sac Scott continued to pray, as this wasthe only thing he knew to do. Scott was with a group ofapproximately seven students holding hands and praying for theothers students. A number of the students in this group hadbrothers or sisters still in the school. While they were prayingone of the student's brother or sister arrived at the cul-de-sacand the group believed their prayers were being answered.

Scott was able to use a telephone and call his mom. Hetold her to pray for his sister Rachel Scott. Scott had a badfeeling at that point in time that his sister may have beeninjured. Approximately two to three periods after the incident,he was already accepting the fact that his sister may be dead.

Scott did feel three or four big explosions in theLibrary at the time the shooting occurred. He cannot place theexplosions in sequence with the gunmen's movement within theLibrary. He did hear two Or so explosions prior to the gunmenentering the Library. There were additional explosions after thegunmen left the Library or as they were leaving the Library.Scott did not see the second gunmen and only saw that he waswearing black Army or military style boots He oannot place thelocation that he saw the second gunmen's boots.

Scott did not know Dvlan Klebold or Eric Harris. Hehad Seen both of them around school, but did not know theirnames. Scott never had any classes with either Klebold orHarris.

SCott has a green Jansport backpack with a leatherbottom that should be on top of table #17. The baCkpack

Scott's locker number is #1893 and is located near theauditorium, He did not believe there was much in his lockerexcept school work.

Rachel Scott's locker number was #1404 and was locatednear the front entrance on the south side of the hall. RachelScott did have a diary which is probably in her locker that theScott family would like to receive back.

On May 27, 1999, Craig Scott was interviewed at hishome in the presence of his mother, Beth Nimmo. Scott clarifiedinformation furnished in his initial interview with Special AgentJohn M. Elvig and furnished the following additional information:

Scott was at the home of Aaron and Brooks Brown duringthe Summer of 1998 or 1997, They were all up late one night andthe two brothers were talking about how easy it was to build abomb. Aaron and Brooks got onto the Internet and began searchingspecific words. They were basically researching the differenttype of bombs that could be made using household products. Scottwas no~ really paying and does not recall any additionalspecifics. Scott knew Brooks Brown to be on the In~ernet a lotplaying games and surfing. He also enjoyed playing the gameDoom.

Scott has played basketball with Aaron Brown at theBrown's house on several occasions. They did play with andagainst some of Brooks' friends, Those friends very possiblyincluded Harris and Klebold. Sco~t specifically remembersplaying wi~h ~wo friends of Brooks' wi~h blonde hair. One ofthem may have been named Eric.

Eric Brechun is a friend of Aaron Brown and may knowadditional information about Brooks Brown.

Scott did remember hearing a commentone of the ~~nmen concerning somebody's brains.this ccmment may have been about Shoels.

The following supplemental repor~ is related to DN t4949.

During the week beginning on OS/24/99 Detective Boatright (!OJwas requested to assist Detective Battan and Sergeant West (membersof the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office) with contacts related tofamily members of deceased victims as wall as surviving victims andtheir families. Specifically during that week, arrangemencs hadbeen made to allow the aforementioned groups of people to enter thelibrary (scheduled individually by family) and observe the crimescene in a general over/iew. lO's presence was requested to answergeneral quest~ons related to events occurring in the library. IOwas also asked to be present in the event a surviving witness hadan addieional reCOllection while Viewing the cr~me scene.

10 would, note he has prev10usly been assigned as the teamleader to the library which then gave him the responsibility ofoverseeing and conducting the investigation concerning the eventsoccurring at tr~t location as it pertained to witness statements. As a result, IO conducted numerous interviews with survivinglibrary witnesses and had also reviewed all other interviewsconducted with surviving witnesses fxom tbat same location. As ofthe date indieaeed above I IO was very familiar with the witnesses'accounts of the events occurring in the library during the incidenten 04/20/99.

On OS/25/~9 at approximately l330 hours, IO along withSergeant West were present in the library with Crai9 SCOtt andvarious members of his family. During that time, Craig Scott wasrelating to his fathe~ the eve~t6 which occurred on 04/20/99 as herecalled them. Craig Scoct was standing near table #16 whenproviding his account of the incident. The initial informationbeing relayed by Craig ScOtt waS consistent wich a statement hepreviously prQvided investigators assigned to the library team. Atone point during his explanation, Craig Scott made reference to thestatements he attributed to "Cassie Bernall!! as it relat.ed. to aconversation she had with one of the sus~ects. Craig Scott wasrefe=ring to his recollection of Cassie Be=nall being shot afterone of the suspects asked her if she believed in God and she hadresponded in the affirmative,

As Craig Scott related the ahove event to his father, theforenamed indieated {by pointingl Cassie Bernall was seated ateither table #1 Or #2 (per the diagram). craig Scott then turnedto IO and Serge~~t West and asked for ~la=ification as to whetherCassie Bernall was Lcca t ed at table #1 or #2. IO deferred the~~e6cion to Seraeant West, who subseauentlv told Craig SCOtt Cassieie~all was noe-located in the north~ast seccion o~ the libraryduring this incident.

Craig Scott responded to that information by stating. !'Well, she was up there tnen,u as he pointed to th~ north tables {#3 and#7) located in the Ce~te~ section of the library, As before, 10allowed Sergeant West to answer. Sergeant West again told CraigScott he was incorrect. Upon receiving that information, CraigScott hecame aclamant he heard the conversation between CassieBernall and one of the suspects, a.dding I t! She was acmewhexe overthere! (pointing northeast;, I know that:. for a fact. " SergeantWest 49ain told craig Scot~ he was incorrect J after which tbeforenamed asked, j'Where was she 'Chen?'" Sergeant. W"e,sc turned andpointed to table #19 indicating Caasie Bernall was under that tableduring the incident. 10 next observed Craig Scott begin to shakehis head back and forth as if he was in disagreement with SergeantWest. Craig Scott did not make any more statements.

Moments late~ Craig Scott informed those presen~ he needed toleave the library, indicating he was ill. 10 accompanied CraigScott out of the library and then east down the north hall" CraigScott eventually sat down in the center of the hall and remainedquiet" After several minutes, Craig Scott apologized for becomingill and advised he was feeling batter.
