Compliments of the day!

Graduation day will no longer be a dream for our Senior High School students by the end of the School

year. They will soon pursue a college course and build a foundation when finally they enter into the

competitive world of work. At present time, they will be facing one of the most challenging stages of

life-Career Planning and Decision making phase.

Consequently, Career Day is quickly approaching for our school! This is the time of year when respected

professionals from the community share with students their stories of career achievements and

motivate them to become productive members of society. Career and vocational services offered by the

Guidance center could assist the students in manner of defining their career goals, aspirations, interest,

values, personality and career destinations.

Accordingly, this letter serves as an inquiry and request to borrow an LCD Projector for the smooth

facilitation and success of this event which will transpire on 28th

day of February, 2012 at the

___________________ room. The event will be parted in morning and afternoon sessions.

We are eagerly and humbly hoping for a positive and immediate recourse with regards this request. The

Dear Sir:

Greetings!

Preparing students for their future roles in the world of work hasbecome increasingly important concerns of School counselors.

As a result of changes taking place in the workplace, the

challenge is to guide and equip the students to enter and be

competitive in a workforce. In addition, given the level of

competitiveness and the emergence of constraining factors, it is

essential that students become as efficient as possible to

enhance their chances of success and hopefully, turn out to be

contributors of society and have the opportunity to live a

satisfying, productive life.

It follows that for students to be ready to meet the challenges ofthe changing workplace, career decision-making must be a

priority. In accordance, the Guidance office, under its vocational

and career services, would like to perform one of its primer and

program components involving the senior high school students

on the 7th day of March, 2013.

The office will be seeking effective speakers highlighting

information on education, skills, challenges, and opportunitiesneeded for various career positions within the specialized field

they have chosen. As a result, I humbly ask for assistance that

the necessities for the success of the event be provided,

particularly tokens/certificates, snacks, materials, venue andother needed facilities.

I am anticipating that a favorable response regarding this matter

will be accordingly extended to the office.

the courses they are going to choose when they go to college and

further equip them with the right attitude towards college life.

In connection with this, the office would like to require your presence during this event and

ask your assistance to notify and supervise students under your advisory with regards the occurrence

and essence of this Career Orientation Seminar in their future undertakings. Perfect attendance of

the senior high school students is duly anticipated during the event.

The Career Orientation Seminar will be held on the 7th day of March, 2013, Thursday, at the

Filipino Building/Room near the campus plaza.
