Common Words Hunt

Can be used in a variety of ways.

Group takes turns reading the sentences and identifying the common words used in each one.

Kids write the sentences using colour for the common word in each sentence.

Sentences can be changed each year to reflect the names of the kids in the grade.

Put with Common Word Sets – kids match the flashcard with the correct sentence.
