David Seinker’s career started out at a property group, where he managed a portfolio of assets valued at nearly a billion Rand and a team of over 200 staff.

After deciding to leave the corporate world to start his own entrepreneurial journey, David built a uniqueonline platform to connect entrepreneurs with a group of high net-worth individuals.

Whilst successfully concluding deals for these businesses, David identified that there was a great need toestablish a flexible office brand in South Africa that would offer small businesses both flexible leaseoptions and access to funding and networks.

Colin Kapeluschnik, MD - Raizcorp

Colin is a Chartered Accountant andhas vast financial consultingexperience gained during hisworking life at Shefam FinancialServices, Internet Solutions andAlexander Forbes. He has consultedto companies in many industriesincluding IT, retail and medical. Colinalso experienced life as anentrepreneur when he started anon-line business selling cars.

Shortly after successfully approaching one of his Investors with his latest idea, David established TheBusiness Exchange at the end of 2014.

The group now has 4 properties spread over 7000 square metres in key business nodes in Johannesburg.The company is currently negotiating sites in Cape Town, Durban, Melrose and Lagos and it plans toexpand throughout the rest of Africa opening up to 50 centres.
