David Seinker’s career started out at a property group, where he managed a portfolio of assets valued at nearly a billion Rand and a team of over 200 staff.

After deciding to leave the corporate world to start his own entrepreneurial journey, David built a uniqueonline platform to connect entrepreneurs with a group of high net-worth individuals.

Whilst successfully concluding deals for these businesses, David identified that there was a great need toestablish a flexible office brand in South Africa that would offer small businesses both flexible leaseoptions and access to funding and networks.
