THE LEARNING COLLABORATIVE PTY LTD (TLC), IS A REGISTERED TRAINING ORGANISATION RTO: 32350 ESTABLISHED IN 2002 TO OFFER NATIONALLY RECOGNISED TRAINING.

With numerous qualifications on ‘scope’ in multiple vocational areas, TLC has been successfully delivering training programs to thousands of students across Australia via our corporate and extensive Third Party network.

TLC works with carefully selected Third Parties who source clients and deliver the training utilising TLC’s scope of registration, compliance and systems.

The Learning Collaborative is a pre-qualified supplier(PQS) for the delivery of training and assessment services subsidies by the Queensland Government’s, Department of Employment, Small Business and Training (DESBT). TLC holds PQS status for particular-funded programs identified below:

• Certificate 3 Guarantee

• Higher Level Skills

• User Choice (apprenticeship and traineeship funding)

• Vocational Education and Training in Schools (VETiS).

TLC HAS GOVERNMENTREGISTRATION THROUGH ASQAUNTIL NOVEMBER 2022.

The Learning Collaborative’s (TLC) mission is to build a reputation within the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) Sector as the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) ‘Partner-of-Choice’. TLC aims to only offer high-quality AQF-Compliant training courses together with the resources and infrastructure capable of meeting learners’ and Third Parties’ needs alike.

Our vision is to provide a platform that facilitates the provision of high quality, industry-specialised, nationally accredited training of students using extremely capable trainers, training Third Parties, assessors and training administration personnel. TLC provides a holistic teaching solution, from training through to employment. We are your partnering solution in education.

THE LEARNING COLLABORATIVE SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERS TRAINING PROGRAMS TO THOUSANDS OF STUDENTS ACROSS AUSTRALIA VIA OUR CORPORATE AND EXTENSIVE THIRD PARTY NETWORK.

TLC has established Third Party Arrangements with registered and non-registered training organisations alike; offering a broad range of Training and Assessment services, therefore increasing people’s access to nationally-recognised qualifications.

Establishing a Third Party Arrangement provides all parties with an opportunity to share skills, effort and resources for mutual benefit, thus reducing costs by achieving economies of scale. By entering into a Third Party Arrangement with TLC, you as the Third Party can deliver nationally-recognised training or assessment services on behalf of the RTO (TLC), which remains responsible for Compliance with governing bodies.

TLC works with our Third Parties to ensure that the skill, knowledge and personal attributes developed throughout the ‘learning journey’ have been identified by Industry, for Industry. Therefore, whether the Learner is looking for a job, a promotion or a change in career, they will develop a set of competencies that sees them potentially more ‘employable’ and their qualifications nationally-recognised across every Australian state and territory.

Corporate third parties

TLC’s Corporate Third Parties access TLC’s support to gain national recognition for their in-house training programs. This also gives them an opportunity to access Queensland Government Funding available to TLC as a Pre-Qualified Supplier (PQS).

Businesses with a strong training culture and an established in-house training program will benefit from this business model.

RTO Third Parties offer a range of benefits to Industry and allow specialist skills to be taught using qualified Trainers with the required Industry experience, and vocational knowledge and skills.

Our Third Parties are required to set high quality standards at all times and are monitored throughout all stages of the Student life-cycle.

becoming a third party provider with tlc

1. applyComplete a Third Party

Application form.

3. Sign contractOnce you have been approved,

your organisation will be issued a Third Party Agreement for the

delivery of services with The Learning Collaborative.

5. onboarding meetingMeet the team and gain some

insight into our administration and compliance processes.

7. Ongoing supportThe Learning Collaborative is

committed to providing continuous support to your organisation during

the onboarding phase as well as throughout our agreement.

2. ApprovalOur business development team will conduct a due diligence check on the Third Party Entity Application. The status of your application will be provided to you within five working days of The Learning Collaborative receiving your Third Party Application form.

4. pay establishment feePayment of the Third Party’s establishment fees.

6. Trainer inductionOur compliance team will sit with your trainer(s) and assessor(s) to ensure they have the confidence with all course material prior to delivery.
