The Software

In the very first month of its implementation, Cordeiro Electric Cables & Wires recorded the effects of automating the transportation process by using GKO FRETE. The system allowed the company’s logistics department to simulate various freight rates offered by the market, providing clarity on the best way forward for their freight hiring.

"As a result, we saw an immediate reduction in freight costs", points out Menezes.

Now, regarding the interface and integration between GKO FRETE and Cordeiro Electric Cables & Wires’ carriers, the results were demonstrated by a significant reduction in typing errors frequently made, which resulted in fewer incidents related to the transpor-tation operation.
