With our Build to Print and Build to Specification services,SALTEN manufactures customer-designed products and theirparts. The core of our business are the specialised skillsassociated with engineering, fabricating, and final mechanical,hydraulic and electric assembly, testing, FAT tests, together with aspecific focus on tough and most technologically challengingprojects.

§ hydraulic cranes§ winches and hydraulic cylinders§ hydraulic offshore handling and service equipment§ hydraulic power packs§ flushing units and hydraulic hose reels

§ Ability to install hydraulic systems according to client hydraulic diagrams andspecifications

§ Assemblers are certified to work with PARKER ERMETO EO2, PARKERERMETO EO2 FORM, SWAGELOK and GYROLOK hydraulic fittingsystems. We use KARRYMAT-EO and EO2-FORM F3 specialisedequipment from PARKER for installation of hydraulic fittings

§ Hydraulic test units with a maximum test pressure up to 400 bars§ Flushing all hydraulic systems according to client specifications. Cleanliness

class of hydraulic systems after flushing meets the minimum requirements of17/15/12 according to ISO 4406: 1999 (≈NAS 1638 class 6)

§ Engineering § Our Engineering Department has the capability of developing

products for new and existing customers, as well as of developing its own products and equipment
