For this project I used the internet as my primary source of information. My initial search for artificial companies began by using www.google.com.

I typed in Artificial Intelligence companies. Listed below are the websites I consulted to obtain names of companies.

I visited each company’s website to obtain additional information about the company such as their purpose, location, history and contact information. In addition to these websites I used the New York Public Library online www.nypl.org. I visited the magazines, journal and databases online. I clicked on databases available from home. I found the Business and Company Resource Center located at: http://galenet.galegroup.com/servlet/BCRC?locID=nysl_me_tnypl

Using this resource allowed me to find out information about some of the companies I located such as their annual sales, number of employees and their ticker symbol if available. I used www.msn.com to find the value of the stocks. I compiled my own list of companies after locating these sources.

This is not an exhaustive list of companies but represents those that I was able to identify as involved in Artificial intelligence
