HHHunt Corporation is the flagship entity for the HHHunt Organization, with corporate offices located in Blacksburg and Richmond, VA and Raleigh, NC. We have four main lines of business, Apartment Living, Senior Living, Homebuilding and Community Development.

Apartment Living is our oldest division and began in 1966 when Harry Hunt, saw a need for faculty and student housing at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia and built Terrace View Apartments. Over fifty years later HHHunt owns and manages approximately 10,000 apartmenthomes stretching from Maryland to South Carolina. This growth has been possible because we focus on the customer. The customer drives the design and our daily operations, which, allows us to stay at the forefront of innovations in development and management of apartment communities. Our new communities offer features that are often found in resorts and custom homes like swimming pools, clubhouses, fitness centers and outstanding landscaping.

Senior Living creates an extended family for the people that make Spring Arbor their home. This is accomplished by having dedicated professionals nurturing our residents by promoting dignity and choice within a setting of compassionate care. Our commitment to serving eachresident is passionate and consistent. This is why HHHunt currently owns and manages over 1,800 beds in twenty-three different Senior Living Communities in Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina.

Our Community Development team creates award-win-ning residential communities in Virginia and North Carolina. This is achieved by including superb locations, innovative land planning, exceptional designs, and always remembering to keep community, recreation, and education at the core. Our ultimate goal is to enrich the communities and create quality places where welive, work and play.

Apartment LivingHHHunt currently owns and manages approximately 10,000 units in twenty communities. Our current strategic plan is to complete a minimum of 1,120 new multi-family residences for the next several years.

Senior LivingHHHunt has at or above 2,000 resident capacity operating in twenty-three communities.

Asset ManagementThis division manages approximately 10,000 units of multi-family residences and over 2,000 resident capacity in senior living. Our growth in income-producing assets will result in an increasing amounts of cash generated from our management service.

Planned CommunitiesHHHunt is proud to have developed many award-winning communities including Wyndham, Wellesley, Twin Hickory, Charter Colony and Rutland. HHHunt Communities currently is developing several brand-new master planned communities.

New HomesHHHunt Homes has been a respected, award-winning home builder since 1992 and is currently building in Virginia (Richmond and Hampton Roads) and North Carolina.

HHHunt Self-StorageIn 2017 HHHunt entered the climate controlled self-stor-age sector. HHHunt will continue to strategically identify self-storage opportunities in the best locations.
