The HTM Management Consultancy (HTM) is a leading international boutique hospitality and tourism management consultancy in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. Having provided professional advisory services since 1998, HTM was formally established in 2007.

HTM has been extensively involved in tourism and hospitality feasibility studies, tourism master planning, hotel technical services and pre-openings, hotel and resort management, tourism and hospitality education and training, capacity building, project evaluations and various other activities. Our clients are from the private and public sector, domestic and foreign investors and owners of hospitality- as well as international donors, development agencies and national governments with tourism-related projects.

Unique Selling Points

• HTM runs an effective and lean organization. We do not maintain large overheads or charge premium allowances, as some of our competitors do. We maintain small offices with only a minimum of necessary manpower, as we prefer our experts to be in the field. We are based locally and benefit from lower costs. We are fast and flexible, on call and readily available for our clients. When on a project mission, we travel light and easy, fly economy and stay in middle class hotels. We don’t take our meals in fancy restaurants, but on project sites, together with colleagues. These cost savings are passed on to our clients. Our fee structure is fair, simple and transparent. We do not come ‘cheap’, but we provide value for money
