YOUR CONSTRUCTION CONNECTION

Corporate Connections’ rates are uncomplicated and highly competitive. We charge 15% of the applicant’s annual salary across the board.

Terms and Conditions and Guarantee period1. Our guarantee period is three (3) months (ninety days), with no sliding scale. Should a candidate’s engagement terminate within our said guarantee period we undertake to replace said applicant free of charge up to a maximum of two replacements.2. Should, however, you the employer replace the applicant without our assistance, or should we, for any reason, be unable to find a replacement within a reasonable period of time, 50% of the original fee will be credited to your account against future business. Please note that no credit is deemed a refund.3. If you, the client, without agreeing to engage an applicant, introduces said applicant to a third party who subsequently engages that applicant, you will be liable for the full placement fee. 4. Once the Applicant commenced employment, Agency fees becomes due and payable. 5. For the purpose of these terms and conditions The Agency is deemed to have introduced the Applicant to the Client if the Agency has arranged an interview between the Applicant and the Client. Such introduction is deemed to have been made, if the applicant has not been introduced to the Client prior to this by another agency/source, irrespective of whether the interview so arranged actually takes place. These terms and conditions apply to all applicants introduced to the Client by the Agency. 6. (Agency)’s fee is calculated as a percentage of the anticipated first year’s total remuneration. Anticipated first year’s total remuneration is calculated as an applicant’s gross remuneration, not including bonus, commission and incentives.7. (Agency)’s invoices are payable upon fourteen [14] days of commencement of the applicant’s employment or fourteen [14] days from receipt of invoice at The Client’s office, whichever is later. The preferred method of payment is by electronic bank transfer.
