Al Khamis Cleaning Est. is a Specialized Cleaning Company based in Dubai. We provide a superior level of cleaning services and a consistency that is reliable, flexible and understanding of the unique needs of our clients. Al Khamis cleaning Est. provides annual / short term contracts for cleaning in Offices, Schools, Hotels, Warehouses, Villas & Flats etc. Also we undertake cleaning activities such as High Level Access Cleaning, Water Storage Tank Cleaning, High Pressure/Steam Cleaning, Drainage/Sewage Cleaning, General Cleaning etc. Our policy is to meet or exceed the maximum expectations of our customers by supplying cleaning services that confirm to their specified requirements, on time, every day. High Level Access Cleaning:- Glass Windows, Aluminum Panels, Roof etc.

High access cleaning includes Glass windows, walls, Ceilings, overhead beams, overhead, pipes, stainless steel tanks, Aluminum Panels etc. We have the capacity to clean windows in any premises of any height, using a range of high level access methods including Rope Access by our certified expertise. We can also offer a traditional window cleaning services using ladders, mop and squeegee, but only to the limited height. Method of Window Cleaning:- Al Khamis Cleaning Est. are providing a quality service in all areas of high level window cleaning, with the use of some of the most innovative access methods available including:

Water Storage Tank Cleaning

Contaminated water is the most common cause of illness to mankind. Around 50% of diseases caused to humans are water-borne with children below 5 years more susceptible. One of the most usual ways water getting contaminated is through water storage tanks - the cleaning of which is either neglected or inappropriate means like the services of a local plumber or sweeper are engaged.

Common reasons for contamination;

1. Over-storage –The water stagnating in the tank for 3-4 days before being filled, that causes water contamination.

2. Poor Flow – often tanks are set up incorrectly such that water only flows through one tank.

3. Deposits / Scale – build up of silt and scale over time can provide nutrients for bacteria to grow.

4. Tank Top Cover – if the Tank Top Cover fit incorrectly or is made of the wrong type of materials can allow organic matter into the Tank or themselves encourage bacterial growth. Or it allows falling, leaves, dead birds, lizards, other insects and animal droppings.

High Pressure Jet/Steam Cleaning. Al Khamis Cleaning Est. Provides HP Jet/ Steam Cleaning Machines for below applications:- High Pressure Washing, Building Cleaning, Tunnel Washing, Surface Preparation, Paint/Coating Removal Industrial Floors Bitumen deposits removal– from streets, roofs, painted structures, tank coatings.

Drainage/Sewage Cleaning. Al Khamis Cleaning Est. provides Services for Cleaning of blocked Sewage or Drainage lines on various pipe lines with High Pressure Water Jetting Systems. Also our Services are as below:-

• Removal of Grease Trapping. • Gutter Cleaning. • Sand removal from the Pipe Lines.

• Clearing the hard blockages.

• All kind of Drainage problems in the Hotels, Restaurants & Houses etc.
