Recently joint partnership between the 2 directors and

their long working relationship, has given GSB Projects an

excellent combination of technical, together with commer-

cial and cost control skills.

The construction and building services that we provide,

spread from shop fitting to small structures and houses, to

bigger concrete and steel structures in larger building pro-

jects.

Our experience in shop fitting has given us the opportuni-

ty to work with clients that only excepts high quality finish-

es in their end product.

We specialize in structural steel with 11 years of working in

the industry. Our team consist of workers that has been

with us throughout this time.

Our trusting structural steel appointments give us access

to larger building projects.

Both directors have been involved in building and con-

struction projects with a combined value of over R1 billion.

The high quality standards that we have experienced in the

lager projects that has been completed, were adapted and

implemented throughout our company and in all our pro-

jects. Quality Systems and Cost Control is signed off, be-

fore our clients are presented with the final product.

Cost and Time are always 2 elements considered while as-

suring quality that is accepted by the client. Our Quantity

Surveying systems ensure that the project is completed in

budget and our project teams with strict programming

seeing that work is completed within the provided time.

Started working for Keren Kula Construction as a site quantity

surveyor and was later appointed as project manager

Managed 5 major projects for Keren Kula Construction over 3

years with combined value of R520 mil

12 Years’ experience in construction that ranges from steel,

building, civil construction and shop fitting. Started Advanced

Construction in 2011 that specializes in Structural Steel

Qualified Rope Access Technician and built Telecommunication

Towers for 6 years

Was awarded and managed more than a dozen projects worth

R25 mil in the last 2 years

tural steel work to the new DPW offices for R 900 000

We were awarded a subcontract in August 2011 for structural

steel on the Pretoria C-Max Prison for roof structures and steel

bridge for total value of R 5 000 000

Rosebank

Burger King Rosebank was one of the first group of 3 Burger

Kings in Gauteng. The R 940 000 project started in November

2013 and completed in February 2014
