The group is named CEPOT which stands for Comprehensive Energy Products Organized Traders. In the Indonesian wayang / puppet show, CEPOT is a name given to a character that despite of his appearance plays a significant role in giving the advice of wisdom to his masters in the time of need.

PrimaTrade signed an exclusive agreement with Sucofindo for the management and control of quality and quantity to ensure elimination of potentials penalty and rejection on the coal supplied. Sucofindo is the first inspection institution in Indonesia and was established on October 22, 1956. The Indonesian government is the major shareholder with 95% ownership and the Societe Generale de Surveillance Holding SA [SGS] hold the remaining 5% Sucofindo performs the inspection based on the Standard of Procedures, which refer to international and national standards, including SNI [Indonesian National Standards], ASTM [American Society for Testing and Material], BS [British Standard], ISO [International Organization for Standardization], JIS [Japanese Standards] and AS [Australian Standard]
