Drilling and Workover

Kami mempunyai pengalaman menyediakantenaga support Drilling dan Workover untuksemua posisi, mulai dari floor man sampai denganSite Manager untuk technical persons.

Untuk non technical persons kami mempunyaisejumlah orang yang sangat menguasai supportsistem pekerjaan drilling maupun workover.

Semua tenaga yang bekerja untuk aktivitas inimempunyai klasifikasi yang khusus dan harusmelalui sejumlah besar pengalaman sertasertifikasi.

We have experience of providing support Drillingand Workover personnel for all positions, rangingfrom floor man to Site Manager for technical

persons.

For non technical persons, we have a number ofpeople who are masters of the support system ofdrilling and workover jobs.

Well Construction

Untuk kegiatan konstruksi sebuah instalasi baikeksisting maupun baru, Kami mempunyai kandidatterbaik yang ada di bidangnya.

Pekerjaan yang meliputinya adalah mulai daripenimbunan untuk wellpad baru, sampai denganinstalasi perpipaan dari sumur sampai ke instalasipengolahan.

Tenaga konstruksi yang dibutuhkan mulai daritenaga sipil, mekanikal, perpipaan, elektrikal daninstrumentasi. Termasuk juga didalamnyasupervisi dan engineering team lapangan yangmenterjemahkan Detail Engineering Desainmenjadi sebuah instalasi yang lengkap.

Fasilitas pendukung bisa berupa gedung utamaoperasional, maintenance dan fasilitas utilitykaryawan.

Inconis mempunyai tenaga yang cakap yangmampu melakukan perawatan fasilitas-fasilitastersebut dengan cara modern serta efektif danefisien.

Facilities here means facilities that are directlyrelated to oil and gas processing facilities andsupporting facilities.

Every oil and gas processing facilities requireintensive care to ensure that there is no down timeand facilities operations can be used until theirsdesign age.

HSE Supervise

Supervisi HSE adalah wakil perusahaan yangmempunyai tugas utama untuk memastikan bahwasemua program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerjayang telah dibuat dan disepakati dilaksanakan

dengan baik.

Program HSE tersebut jika diimplementasikandengan baik setidaknya dapat mencegahtimbulnya kerusakan atau bahaya pada orangmaupun peralatan yang dipergunakan dalamoperasi di lapangan.

Wellsite Geologist

Wellsite Geologist adalah orang yang bertugasuntukmemastikan bahwa pekerjaan berlangsung dengan baik, baik itu coring, cementing ataupunlogging dan meng-counter adanya pay-zone daninterval of interest. Selain itu wellsitegeology diharapkan dapat melakukan suatuinterpretasi terhadap data yang didapat selamapengeboran berlangsung, sehingga pengeboran

berlangsung dengan baik.

HSE supervision is representative of the companythat has the primary duty to ensure that all safetyand health programs that have been made andagreed executed well.

The HSE program if implemented properly, can atleast prevent damage or danger to people orequipment used in field operations.

Wellsite Geologist is a person whose job is to

ensure that the work is going well, the well coring,logging and cementing or to counter the pay-zoneand interval of interest. In addition wellsite geologyis expected to perform an interpretation of the dataobtained during the drilling progresses, so thatdrilling is progressing well.

Tugas utama dari Earth Science diantaranya:

Melaksanakan perencanaan geologi sumurpengembangan, mengawasi danmengkoordinasikan semua aspek operasisumur.

Mengevaluasi Data geologi dan QC dari datayang diperoleh selama pengeboran / loggingyaitu mud logging, MWD-LWD, kawat barislogging.

Mereview peluang baik di area baru danmenatapkan target untuk memaksimalkanproduksi dan cadangan.

Memberikan masukan geologi untukpengeboran dan workover program.

Perkiraan dan mengevaluasi bahaya geologidalam pengeboran sumur baru.

The Main duty of Earth Science :

Carry out the geological planning ofdevelopment wells, supervise and coordinate allaspects of geological well site operations.

QC and evaluate geological data acquiredduring drilling/logging i.e. mud logging, MWD-LWD, wire line logging.

Review opportunity of new well locations andtarget objectives to maximize production andreserves.

Provide the geological input for drilling andworkover programs.

Forecast and evaluate geological hazards indrilling new wells.

Scope of Service dari kegiatan Formalities yangkami lakukan diantaranya adalah :

penyediaan semua masalah dan izin yangterkait dengan Klien personel nasionalsebelum berangkat ke tujuan luar negeri danpenyediaan semua masalah dan izin yang

terkait dengan personel klien asing untuktinggal di Indonesia.

Memperpanjang kerja akan mencakup layananuntuk mengelola isu-isu dan laporan yangberkaitan dengan formalitas dan urusan umumdalam kaitannya dengan pemerintah untuksekitar legalitas personil asing, transferkoordinasi almarhum, internal dan eksternaldengan departemen lain dan badan yangterkait dengan penyediaan visa, paspor untukpersonil nasional klien untuk mempercepat hal-hal formalitas.

Lifting Specialist

Lifting Specialist adalah individu yang, dengancara pelatihan dan / atau pengalaman,berpengetahuan luas terhadap standar yangberlaku, mampu mengidentifikasi bahaya di tempatkerja yang berkaitan dengan operasi tertentu yaitu;

Pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis dariberbagai perangkat pembatas dan fiturkeselamatan

Pengetahuan dari semua aspek praktismengangkat rekayasa termasuk barang-barang seperti grafik darat dan lepas pantaibeban, efek daya dukung tanah, kapasitastongkang, dll

Pengetahuan dan pengalaman internasionalyang berkaitan dengan pengangkatan danrigging.

Scope of Service of Formalities activities that wehad been done covers:

provision of all issues and permits related toClients national personnel prior to departing tooverseas destinations and provision of allissues and permits related to Client expatriatepersonnel for staying in Indonesia.

Extend of work will include the service tomanage issues and reports related toformalities and general affairs in relation withgovernment to about legality of expatriatepersonnel, transfers of deceased, internal andexternal coordination with other departmentsand bodies related to provision of visa,passports for Client national personnel toexpedite the formalities matters.

Lifting Specialist is an individual who, by way oftraining and/or experience, is knowledgeable ofapplicable standards, is capable of identifyingworkplace hazard relating to the specific operationie;

Knowledge and practical experience of variouslimiting devices and safety features

Knowledge off all practical aspects of liftingengineering including such items as onshoreand offshore load charts, effect of groundbearing capacity, barge capacity, etc

mengangkat lift dan prosedur kritis rencanalifting yang sesuai.

Melaksanakan semua peraturan dan prosedurseperti: NSL, LOLER dan PUWER, danmemperkenalkan praktik yang baik seperti yangdirekomendasikan oleh UKOOA.

Memperkenalkan dan membiasakan semuadepartemen dengan kargo Zero TolerancePolisi dan Cargo Penolakan Catatan. Inimencakup standarisasi semua Logistikdokumentasi dan metode untukmengoptimalkan operasi transportasi.

Bertanggung jawab untuk pemuatan aman danmengamankan bahan di kapal dan kendaraantransportasi . Memperkenalkan rencana kargodan mengidentifikasi masalah stabilitas dengansegala bentuk moda transportasi.

Memastikan bahwa beban telah melaluisertifikasi yang diperlukan oleh MIGAS danDEPNAKER dikeluarkan sebelum kapalberangkat.

Method & Procedure

Skup kegiatan kontrak adalah:

Memastikan pelaksanaan peraturankeselamatan, prosedur dan peraturan selamaperiode / instalasi konstruksi berlaku sesuaikebutuhan klien.

Mengkoordinasikan segala hal keselamatandan prosedur ijin kerja dengan operasi padasetiap kegiatan konstruksi / instalasi di areayang ada.

Identifikasi semua tinggi risiko konstruksi /kegiatan instalasi terutama untuk antarmukadengan hidup / ada tanaman / fasilitas.

Memastikan pelaksanaan kesehatan,keselamatan dan prosedur lingkungan.

Scope of Work included:

To assist and advice to Logistics Department inmodern Logistics practices related to both onand offshore lifting operations.

Ensure that all lifts for all destinations are lifted

correctly using certified and clearly colour codedlifting gear.

To conduct risk assessments prior to liftingcritical lifts and procedure the lifting plansaccordingly.

To implement all lifting regulations andprocedures such as: NSL, LOLER and PUWER,and introduce good practices as recommendedby the UKOOA.

Introduce and familiarize all departments withthe cargo Zero Tolerance Police and CargoRejection Note. This to include standardizing allLogistics documentation and methods tooptimize the transport operations.

Responsible for the safe loading and securingof materials on board vessels and roadtransport vehicles. Introduce cargo plans andidentify stability problem with all forms oftransport modes.

Ensure that load and lashing survey/s arecarried out professionally and that certificationrequired by MIGAS and DEPNAKER is issuedprior to the vessels departure.

Scope of Service included:

Ensure the implementation of safety rules,procedure and regulation duringconstruction/installation period apply as perClient requirement.

Coordinate all safety matters and work permitprocedure with operations on anyconstruction/installation activity at existingarea.

Identify all high risks constructions/installationsactivity especially for any interface with

live/existing plant/facilities. Ensure the implementation of health, safety

and environment procedure.

We have sufficient resources to conduct services regarding well testing, in particular ProductivityTest either on development phase or production phase. In automation, our capability at the stageto design, operate and maintain sophisticated and integrated automation equipment and process.

Well testing, either manual or automatic aiming toobtain accurate figures on the amount of flow rate(flow) of oil and gas.

Technology is now using multiphase flow meter,although for proofing still using the separator.

Manual & Online Well Monitoring

Yang dimaksudkan dengan kegiatan WellMonitoring disini diartikan proses untukmendapatkan informasi mengenai kondisi sumur

minyak/gas pada saat beroperasi.

Manual well monitoring biasanya dilakukanberkala. Dynamometer test adalah salah satu jenismanual well monitoring.

Untuk Online well monitoring, data pengujiandidapat secara real time untuk dianalisa dansekaligus melakukakn perubahan seketika yangbisa meningkatkan produktivitas sumur produksi.

Manual monitoring well is usually done periodically.Dynamometer test is one type of manual wellmonitoring.
